Phenibut and Alcohol isn't that sensitive for me - just take it slow and drink a bit more water and you'll be fine.

Even at the bar I'll always make a rule to occasionally ask for a cup of water with ice in a rum and coke glass so I don't end up getting too fucked up.

I never tried adderall, modafinil and such (probably should give it a try).
But I have tried Phenibut multiple times (easy to buy on amazon in Germany, unlike the other pills), because I wanted to lose my social anxiety to talk to more girls and it didnt do anything for me...doesnt matter which dosis I tried, i didnt feel any different. it was a complete waste of money for me and i thought it was a magic drug, because everyone praises it on the internet.

Ok frens, this is something I have experience with. If you aren't feeling phenibut with a dosage of 1.5g-2g. (use a scale, don't use the mini scooper) you have to take caffeine with it. You will not feel anything with out coffee(caffeine). The effects of Phenibut (mostly) counteracts the jitters and anxiety you get from coffee, and adds a euphoric sensation with it.

I know 8g is too much, but it feels pretty nice anyway.
