What's a good city kino with people walking around late at night, preferably lots of dialogue, and good cinematography?
Tbh I would even enjoy anime, just feeling a little melancholic in a good way and want something calm and pleasant to watch. Any ideas?

Downloading Days of Being Wild. Also Asians are way better at this kino now that you mention it, even Oldboy with its revenge plot had a lot of great city scenes of walking around at night, like the scene in the sushi restaurant.
Seen them all, but those are pretty good choices. Similar films in terms of aesthetics, but with more focus on interpersonal relationships, not necessarily romantic ones, could be friendships etc.

Yeah it is a pretty comfortable movie actually. It's very rare that I ever get through a movie or watch one in general. But for some reason I watched this a few years back and quite enjoyed it, some aesthetic mise-en-scene
Also no forced diversity since it takes place in 1920s Paris.
