Literally this. They were hyping the 2.0 release with a launch party and everything, I saw somewhere after a week later that it’d roll out in “just a couple weeks”. Full month goes by, that was September 17th-ish and I just today got the update.
Find out it’s buggy as fuck, disorganized, added a bunch of extra shit I don’t care about (signals? “Explore” tab? Cmon this isn’t fucking snapchat) trying to look at the orderbook tab crashes it for me. They also truncated any ending zeroes in the satoshi amounts which makes my brain interpret a 0.00004200 coin showing up as 0.000042 to be oh, it’s 42 sats! seriously good god what the fuck were they doing the whole time?

The former design was informative and clear, I'm not using such an app for its look but for the information I get through it. The new design looks like a failed attempt to use a very bad materials design to copy Google/Apple but like in most apps the only thing that is achieved is a less efficient use of screen space.
