What are some jobs that are fairly easy to get, but nobody wants to do?

What are some jobs that are fairly easy to get, but nobody wants to do?
For example, doing some shit in a remote, cold area? I don't mind being alone for prolongued periods of time and doing mind numbing shit.

unironically this.

My dad makes 100k a year benefits included before taxes as a mailman

user Ive worked in the arctic for the past 4 months in a technical position and sure you can become a driller but be wise in what your getting yourself into. Drilling is hell on your body, pulling drill rods, working in close quarters with a stationary engine and the constant stress to get more meterage puts your body through the ringer. Its true they will pay out well and its not all gloom in camps, but the damage you do to your body and not to mention the incredibly high chance of accident makes it a precarious position.

That does sound like it'd be very tough on your body. I was thinking more of a sedentary job, but in such remote/cold area that they have difficulty finding someone to fill the position.

Look into core cutting and general labor in mining camps if youre uneducated, if you know a trade there's plenty of operations jobs for electricians and carpenters with great money. Youll feel really healthy too after not drinking and eating well for a few months.

How do you be British and not commit suicide?

>Youll feel really healthy too after not drinking and eating well for a few months
What do you mean?

You move away. Its what Brits have always done, they take a look at their surroundings, realise its shite and conquer a new part of the globe.

I've read that in a drill worker yelling over a drill in the background voice.

I’ve read that in a faggots yelling over his anus beeing drilled in the background voice

Being a human cum receptacle

Alcohol is banned in a lot of camps because there really isnt much to do when you arnt working. Camp food is generally awesome because its a cheap way to keep people happy. If you lightly drink 3-4 days a week like I do when im not working it gives your body a chance to heal up.
heh

drive an 18-wheeler. you can make good money and see the country. no rent, you can sleep in your truck. also, every day you're on the road, you get a per diem to write off your taxes. yuor effective tax rate is about 8%. you can save $40K your first year if you're frugal and even more when you get more experience since you're making more monies

I don't drink and already have a pretty healthy diet. I'd imagine you'd also have to eat a lot more or calorie dense foods to maintain your weight in a cold climate.

I wish I lived in US / Canada / Australia. Driving a truck seems super comfy. It's absolutely aids in europe, and more specifically the UK.

i can only imagine; perhaps you should move, OP. it is comfy af and super easy if you're not a brainlet. since most who do it are brainlets, it's easy to stand out and get moved up within a company to get good trips. good trips = more money

I would probably have to get a truck license in the UK before I could emigrate as a "skilled worked", and obtain a visa.
Honestly, I very much doubt I'd be able to pass the driving test here, it's very difficult due to tight roads, roundabouts etc. I have a lot of respect for anyone doing it here, it's a difficult job. It seems in US you mostly just drive in a straight line for hours on end.

>It seems in US you mostly just drive in a straight line for hours on end.
lolol, yeah pretty much and with cruise control it's even easier. you still need to be able to navigate tight spots when you're close to delivery, but that is probably 10% of the time and if you take your time it's not difficult.

Yeah that makes sense, picking up the trailer and delivering it are probably the hardest parts of trucking in the US.
In the UK you have to go through some really tight roads in small ancient towns that haven't been redesigned since the fucking 1800s. Not to mention roundabouts, which are almost non-existant in the US.

yeah, fuck that. do they not have signs that say "no trucks" on those super small roads?
In america, there are a shitload of roads that a truck is not allowed on. i never drove in NYC; i've heard it sucks for similar reasons
i had to navigate some roundabouts in Massachusetts a couple times. people are cool and they realize how difficult it is for trucks and give you plenty of room. in the south and midwest there aren't many roundabouts and if they are, they're newer so there is plenty of room for trucks.

speaking of Australia, i've heard about driving jobs where you're hauling 5 trailers into the outback. you have a mechanic with you and plenty of fuel on board. you drop trailers off at different spots and on your way back, pick them up once they are empty. 3 yr commitment to the job, but you make over 100K a year. i considered it for the adventure aspect alone

Oi

Government shit. Can’t really get fired either
Well there ya go first reply

Yeah, trucks aren't allowed on some of the roads over here, since they're too small / bendy.
Australia and Canada are probably the best countries for this, just a vast open area. The only problem is breaking down in the middle of nowhere. I guess that's why you get a mechanic with you.

You know people are quitting trucking faster than they can hire them, right?

>puts your body through the ringer. Its true they will pay out well and its not all gloom in camps, but the damage you do to your body and not to mention the incredibly high chance of accident makes it a precarious position.
So? Desk job is also a death sentence. Especially as things slowly evolve to being 100% ass in chair computer work.

Traveling hospital lab tech.

Make $40-$50/hr, free housing, take off as much time as you want between assignments

An user often posts on biz that oilrigs in Texas are dying for people. They'll apparently hire anyone and the pay is pretty good like 70k+

Where do i apply?

Can I just vent here for moment? Not related to OP's post but the photo. I actually did this, I recovered just over $2m for a company I worked at and they were like "ok cool, go back to work." The shit still pisses me off. I left that company shortly after that.

Did you learn your lesson, wagie?
(No, it's not to keep your ideas to yourself)

Lol, I Sue companies for a living. I have never made any company a dime yet made $7 mil+ in the last 10 years hahaha get cucked wagie

I actually left to start a company. Yeah, I did learn from it though. I realized the importance in the roles we play. I totally did that shit as a favor, but there was one manager, if he would have found it, he would have known how to use it as leverage to get ahead. I was too young at the time to understand that level of corporate manipulation.

Maybe you meant something else...?

Are you an attorney or something else? I've been working for myself the past 10 years, I haven't made $7 mil yet but hoping to get there soon.

Not even sure. He just posts about how he and others but hard times, dropped everything and moved out there after being offered a job. If guess check out job boards and Google it. I bet they have special boards for oilrigs not sure. It's just what I've seen posted.

Fuck sorry about trip

Security Guard

the pay is shit but if you're an autist who wanst to be alone and still make some money it's a pretty good job

i did night shift security work for several years and eventually was making $19/hour and basically just walked around or sat in my vehicle playing on my phone. It's a go-nowhere job but if you need income and don't want to be around people it's great.

This inflates wages and opportunity. For a NEET it's literally just a change of scenery. You still sit on your ass all day but its 3d and you get paid.

>You still sit on your ass all day but its 3d and you get paid.
You're also stuck driving and getting pulled over by cops checking your truck for illegal immigrants, then the sensor notices you arn't driving so you need to fill out paper work to your boss to explain why you had an unscheduled stop.
