I have one.
Main benefit is Revolut has the interbank rate for currency exchanges. So I use it when sending £ to Euro. Or when I am in the Eurozone.
Other than that doesn't have any real benefits.

They’re also supposed to be more crypto friendly than other banks so cashing out with them is supposed to be easier. Not sure if that’s true though.

Yeah I used to transfer £ to Revolut, convert to Euros, SEPA to Coinbase, buy crypto without fees, withdraw from GDAX without fees.
Now they released feeless £ deposits within 2 hours so don't need to do all that shit anymore.

licensed same as revolut but ALSO allows you to receive ETH BTC etc from wallets outside of the platform, then convert directly to your fiat wallet and spend with card..
revolut does NOT offer this.

any global ETH address>wirex wallet eth address>exchange for FIAT on wirex platform> FIAT account then acts like revolut or any other account with a debit style card.

That person had there account closed because of this section. As long as you can show how you obtained the funds and that you plan to pay the capital gains tax then you will be in accordance with their TOS.

Banks don't usually offer very good spreads either if you have a normal retail account.
If you don't mind waiting for wires, and/or it's a lot of money, and you do it regularly I recommend opening a brokerage account at Interactive Brokers for example. You can then convert 40 currencies at the literal market rates for next to no commission.
Revolut is fine too.
It's okay, but the Premium and Metal tiers aren't worth it. Those are the real money makers for them.
Furthermore, I had my revolut card randomly declined at stores several times out of the blue for no concievable reason, so make sure you have a backup card. One day it works, the next day it doesnt, then the day after it's back to normal. Not reliable.

It wasn't frozen, it had a high balance, i didnt spend much that day so i have no idea.
