So it looks like Tropical Trump is going to become president of Brazil tonight, mine the rainforest and go full Deturte.
How can we profit from this lads?
I'm thinking about buying buying some Brazilian Real (or whatever the currency is) or their Brazilian stock market index. Or alternatively, some mining or logging companies who would likely benefit substantially from this, but that's a bit more tricky to get right. A bit further down you have Brazilian construction/civil engineering companies who will probably do very well from his presidency.
Any actual Brazilians providing input much appreciated.
This shit happens in the US too, man. No manufacturer is perfect.

He is gonna sell Petrobras so no
Ian Wilson
Privatization would actually make the stock skyrocket.
Jayden Morales
>has to compete on an equal footing >no taxpayers to subsidize it Eh...
Elijah Carter
No, in the US it's 1 in 10.000 guns, here it is 1 in 100
Elijah Rodriguez
It doesn't matter. They lose federal funding but gain private investors. Petrobras could be so much bigger if it weren't all the corruption sucking its budget dry.
Nice made up stats, too bad Brazilians aren't known for their mathematical prowess.
>there are no competitors There are competitors: imports. Russian, Korean, Israeli, US companies, etc.
Kayden Hall
They cannot sell guns here and if someone tries to import a gun they get rejected Taurus has a strong lobby here You have the choice between Taurus and Imbel **Using shitty and faulty CBC ammo.**
The numbers are not there ones, but works kinda like that.
James Phillips
>They cannot sell guns here That's point of electing Bolsonaro, he is going to deregulate the industry and change this.
>Taurus has a strong lobby here It will get even stronger.
>The numbers are not there ones, but works kinda like that. Stop making stuff up lmao. That's not how you cite statistics in a discussion. If you know a study comparing US and Brazilian manufacturers, cite it. Just don't make stuff up.
US companies have to recall their products all the time due to inherent design flaws.I'm not surprised that Taurus has had issues. Every company makes mistakes.
Evan Bennett
Taurus already went up a lot, but if they end the monopoly (which will probably happen), it'll all come down again.
