Read the monero developer forums. Monero is obviously being designed for criminal use.
A simple Bitcoin wallet that automatically splits your balance into several random amounts is all you need for privacy. You can't prove how much I own. Also, its not like Bitcoin has your name attached to it.
Monero is fucking overkill and its clearly being developed to only benefit criminals and terrorists so they can blow up children.
