Some people can handle eggs, some can't. I can't. They just don't go over well with me, and for that reason I avoid them. The thing with this diet is removing everything except beef, fat/salt, and water. It's the basis of human primitive diet.

After you do it for over a month or so, then try incorporating eggs/other bad shit one at a time.

dude you might not know any better so here is a tip. Only eating meat is a terrible idea and definitely a meme invented to fuck people over so don't fall for it. Meat has no fiber so when you only eat meat you will get a lot of nasty intestinal and colon problems in the long term. In the short term you will notice abnormal shitting behavior like you pointed out. If you want to do a mostly meat diet however you need to eat enough fiber.
