He seems so much more confident compared to last year, good for him

T

Agreed. He's super confident now that LINK is not only excepted by big protocols, but sought after.

Wearing his trademark shirt, he knows. He's for sure a lurker here, probably one of the main shitposters.

strong sell signal

Just got some disposable money, should I wait? Buy half? I think BTC can't make a big move down but LINK will likely correct at least to 40 cents.

Yes wait til 40 cents at least. My fear is links going to be easily manipulated as it gains more popularity and killer whales see all the neets buying in and get them to fomo in by jacking the price up. Play the long game I'd wait until it drops further. Another worry is that crypto is going to crash if the fed continues to raise interest rates, crypto isn't a safe haven (imo). This is currently happening. Maybe I'm wrong and bitcoin will become something like gold but people would probably want cash.

Wait, what's "Ocean Protocol"?
Was this another conference?

Raising interest rates literally means cash becoming more valuable so yeah you are correct. The problem is, that can happen in a month, in a year or in 3 years. BTC shits itself without influence anyways at some point and then we cash in.

Buy half, rumours have it the devcon4 news might be of the price moving kind. Upwards that is.

>penny rich, dollar poor.

In house Meetup with them.

>fear
>worry
>isnt a safe space
sorry user, you aren't going to make it

anything new or the same presentation he's given the last two years?

Post yfw it's revealed HE was Uncle Oldfag that genuinely cares about our financial well being

I need a Sergey-sexdoll, wanna brade his hair

realistically $1000 EOY

Enigma Turkroach BTFOed! What a jerk

He's getting a lot looser and more spontaneous than before.

>10:47
>Vitalik in the back almost choked on this big dick Sergey is swining at him

He almost slips up at the end when asked about mainnet.
>right now contracts are in audit, and we are going to begin delivering uh-

Q: "So what needs to be coded for the main net... say do you need the reputation system?

A: "No to go to main net initially we don't need necessarily need that. Right now our smart contracts are in audit. And we're gonna begin delivering... uh... We have a lot of folks that have announced. We have more folks that are gonna announce that they're using our system. Umm I think the first step is to just start delivering data to people. And to just get some of their proof of concepts and some of their things of the ground. And then the reputation system will become particulary more useful when you have larger amounts of volume. Because it will be based of of larger amounts of volume. At first... Yeah right now our smart contracts are basically in audit and our.. so yeah so... Great thank very much!"

he's on steroids and microdosing lsd, the rumor is all around silicon valley, he even takes long walks at night and giggles at young girls, how weird and creepy

Holy fuck that's bad, that's really bad. Sergey is literally bowing to the desperate shitcoin projects because they are about to fail completely. The plan was to put out a perfect mainnet with all main features. This shit will be like a testnet on live ethereum and that crucial first impression of a working product for the important players will be negative. Why would they change the course?

>how based and redpilled
ftfy

>Why would they change the course?
Nobody will use the testnet if it's without real LINK to stake.

My guess: Main net comes out and offers lots of centralized oracles, but is easier to ue / cheaper than oraclize. The decentralization aspect comes later, when more nodes are running.

Pro-tip: The initial period will be the true goldrush. LINK will be cheap and the team will hand out LINK tokens to encentivise node operators.

Sounds like he has a fuck ton of amazing news he wants to talk about but just can't yet. This is a good sign of things to come.

>Literally hundreds of teams.

Reputation was always going to be a separate smart contract that anyone could set up according to their wishes.

Try actually reading the white paper some time, boyfriend. It's been out for over a year.

I can picture Ryan Gosling giving this monologue in the inevitable biopic.

you can use the decentralized node network without a reputation component. Randomly selecting 100 from 10000 running nodes would still make it pretty hard to successfully get a majority of your nodes chosen to attack the network. This isn't considering SGX which I don't believe is operational on the network yet.

Q: "So what needs to be coded for the main net... say do you need the reputation system?

A: "No to go to main net initially we don't need necessarily need that. Right now our smart contracts are in audit. And we're gonna begin delivering... uh... He has his harem of hoes to satisfy his every urge, of course he's acting more alpha now.
Also their code is being audited, he can relax more now knowing the final touches are being put in place

what a chad

Absolutely alpha tier, the amount of thought and interest in this project is what will make it succeed. Glad the Serg took those questions in stride, fucking epic. This man is LITERALLY making a new market.

20k timeline

>But that's very far away, and I'm here today.
Sergey is a fucking beast

Posting in a circle jerk thread. Not even remotely ashamed. Gj Sergey.

Attention Link Marines. Less than 30 minutes until a presentation from Jake Brukhman (Chainlink advisor) on generalized mining. Will likely have some relevant information.

If you look, it's actually a different shirt. Not the exact same shirt as pic in OP.
But that's even better because it means he's actually trying to create an image.

Half now right now, then set a price alarm on your phone for < 0.30
if that doesn't happen within 72 hours, then put the other half in regardless of what price it's at.

Repeat and accumulate. That's the long-game here. 0.40 LINK may seem expensive now, but that's not really looking at the bigger picture.

Time in the markets is better that Timing the markets.

Just win baby

Don't listen to these faggots. Just buy it now.

whats her name on the right?
something 'Boring'?

To be honest it doesnt matter.
We are talking under 1$ and there is no indications you can make to predict prices or success etc.
TA will make you buy high and sell low anyways.
Just accumulate like everybody else.
200+ a month should do it

>stops the interview to answer Sergey
based

she does not look like boring, if you know what I mean.

lmao perianne has such a massive penis

The debate that ends at like 33m basically ends w/ Sergey being like "I'm building my whole product based off of an assumption of something which I haven't a shred of evidence for", which makes me very nervous as a LINK holder. WTF was that?

He said if the smartest people can build usable TEEs then this will work. It’s a bet on the academics delivering a usable piece of hardware. That’s why it’s so great chainlink works with Ari and folks at IC3 and Cornell.

12:39. "it's not the main focus of our approach, It's an additional level of security". SGX is not what the project is built on. If you want to use it, fine. If you don't want to use SGX enclave, that's fine too.

He's unironically a philosophy major, so he's approaching it from a pure logic standpoint. He throws a couple logical argument terms into the presentation, namely "sound" and "valid," which are two categories of arguments.

Valid arguments have conclusions that follow from the premises, but aren't necessarily true. For example, I could say: the earth exploded, so he had no place to call home. It follows that if the earth exploded, he would lose his home. However, the earth didn't explode, so it's not a sound argument. Sound arguments have conclusions that follow from true premises. For example, the office closed early, so he went home early, could be a sound argument if the office actually closed early.

This is what he is saying in regards to intel SGX. It's a valid argument: if SGX is functional, data can be passed to it and retrieved from it in a trusted manner. The conclusion follows from the premise. However, it remains to be seen if it's a true premise (that SGX functiond perfectly and has no vulnerabilities), and therefore a sound argument.

They're implementing SGX under the assumption that it will be functional in the way its intended. He actually makes an argument for why he chooses to trust that: he says that there's a lot of smart people trying to break SGX who have failed to do so. So it appears to survive malicious attacks so far, and if they can't find any new vulnerabilities after testing then it's unlikely that others will, thus making it sort of trusted, or kind of trusted.

Ultimately, he's being an autist, which is a good thing.

After his panic attacks on stage last year he was put on high doses of benzodiazepines. Now he is as smooth as any chad on the block. The only downside is he sometimes blacks out and sexually harasses his female employees. You didn't hear this from me.

this fucking faggot

seemed like the two enigma guys were trying to trip him up too

Definitely. This the same project that tried to raid the CL telegram and got BTFO there too.

he got rekd so hard
DID I ANSWER YOUR QUESTION?
PROBABILISTICALLY?

SergeyHD is SUCH A FUCKING CHAD

he was just overwhelmed in the moment.
He couldn't take it all in.

>the whole project
are you fudding or really this retarded? ISGX is just a layer of their defense in depth approach

Delusional linkies gonna cry when sgx does get compromised and chainlink network suffers for it

Where is my official Chainlink neon flamingo lamp? I hope he brings that everywhere and the room just sits in silence as he runs a 1000ft extension chord to an outdoor generator because he doesn't trust outlets, almost intentionally tripping the dozens of fragile elderly and disabled children in attendance that have a passion for decentralized oracle middleware solutions. He kisses the flamingo's beak tenderly before beginning and the fire marshall opts not to cut the chord, as he has never seen such passionate, mighty love in person. The presentation can finally begin.

You're probably right but LINK will be $10 by then and I'll already be retired in SEA
