read this page to page and make sure follow all rules:
>first job at 31
ask everyone their favorite Fortnite characters. That's a big wagie thing now
Work is kinda like prison. You have to find the biggest guy and make him your bitch.
thx goyim, found the PDF.
I have been bulking for 31 years, I figure I'll be the biggest guy.
Don't talk about your anime figurines, wierd pillows and other otaku shit
Don't lie about the work, if you fuck up tell someone at once so it can be corrected.
On time is 5-10 minutes before work starts (also if you aim for this you won't be fucked if traffic messes up your commute and shit like that)
Don't say no to overtime. If someone calls in sick and you need to cover 3 hours extra or something like that just do it
Don't discuss politics. Even if you are political, just tell people you aren't.
Hopefully you know a bit about sports, if not, get ready to be educated.
Local and world events are ok to talk about. If something terrible happened talk about it and say "such a waste" or ""what a pity" etc. Claim some empathy and don't look like a robot.
Don't talk sexual things with co-workers. It can go south so fucking fast
Keep a positive attitude, even if they set you to mopping the floors or other boring/unpleasant tasks. Rookies always get shitjobs to see how they handle it.
Be polite to your boss, but not servant-like, nobody likes an ass-licker
Thanks, that's helpful

What about Crypto though?
what job. male or female coworkers? that makes a huge difference on the advice you will need?
Fuck no
work in IT repair, on some specialized hardware I had never heard about before until the job interview. Have my own desk to do repairs at, although 1 month of training. Most co-workers are 25-50, less than 15 employees. All male.
Ok......even not in the break room? (or whatever its called).
tldr, just act like a robot
Oh, at that kind of job, sure.
I thought it was a McJob with non-techies
My other points still stand
How? Im 25 and have never had a job. Ive applied to hundreds of jobs since 18 and never got anything. Not an interview. Not a call. Nothing. The only place ive looked into that will take me is the military but i dont really want to do that.
Of those hundreds of jobs you've applied to, have you physically stopped into any of them to follow up on your application?
Alright, thanks, its helpful!
If you see a job application posted online, don't apply through the online application form or job agency. Find out who the hiring manager is and call them stating that you are willing to work and can start right away. If that is not your thing, send him a email instead directly. That's how I got mine after dozen's of rejections through job agencies. 100+ online applications (no interview) - 5 calls / 10 direct email (4 interviews, got the job on my second interview).
No, don't be obnoxious about whatever you talk about is all. Always be chill about stuff, don't make clear-cut assumptions Jow Forums style (this thing is shit), be more subjective (it seems to me that this thing may not be as good as i thought it'd be), but ONLY in matters of casual discussion.
In all things professional, i really suggest you be honest, frank and direct, German-style. Always think in matters of "What's the problem / What is the solution we can provide or how can we manage to find one". Be efficient, be proactive, but don't be a suck up. Just remember you're getting paid to do good and honest work, so be good and honest about it. If you're doing what you're told and a little more, you'll have nothing to fear
Military is literally better than any of the mcjobs you applied to, but now you're 25 which is practically a boomer in enlisted years.
You are welcome
One last note: remember that you work so you can live, not the other way around. It might suck a lot or be boring, but you are just there for the money.
this, did you make someone proofread your CV and cover letters ? hundreds of job offer and not a single positive response ? Clearly something is wrong on your part.
Feels good to have worked at places where my otakuness is allowed and/or when my coworkers are nerds.
I can say "sumimasen senpai" and my co-workers know what it means in-between railing on all politicians and discussing drugs.
Never. Too anxious to make the first move
