Depends on the weather/what city but go ice skating once it gets cold enough. Physical exercise, excuse to hold hands etc. Then when you get too cold find a /cozy/ coffee shop, get a hot drink/desert. Then walk home together, along a river or through a park is nice too.

Take her to get ice cream or something afterwards, first date should be in the daytime and somewhere near nature, like a park or something and just try to get along and play your cards right user.

Another fun one is go to cooking class or painting, any activity where you actually collaborate or make something together. After you walk to dinner and get something hot to eat: think fondue, pasta/pizza, casseroles, quiche - even grilled cheese or a melt. Then just walk home together, as I said above along a river/the ocean or through a park. That's what I'd like to do, wouldn't even be upset if I weren't to get laid - just a good time with a girl.
