I usually "work" 5 - 7 days and they I have a stable income for months / years. And what I'm calling work is basically just pointing out different ways of doing stuff.
When It comes to Tinder, one thing works the best for me, swipe right on everything and don't show any interest about sex. Body contact on 1st date (hold hands, touch hair, kiss, etc. It's all on youtube) and sex on 2nd - 3rd date date.

I want to help the worst become the future. And I changed so many lives. I came from a poor family, and I raised myself up to a level where my past friend can't even dream of achieving. I thought it will feel better, bit it doesn't. I still get a thrill when I find someone hitting rock bottom and helping them overcome everything. But, this time, I've hit rock bottom and I don't know what to do. I imagined there will be more people willing to help me, but, no one cares, no one understands me.

The sad truth is that nobody does care, nobody will take the time to understand you. I believe that is the cruel world we live in. Meaning is something you have to create value yourself, and I think for us NEET type people who live in our own heads, that's a difficult skill to develop.
But it's a skill, and a skill worth developing if you want to make it. If you actually live a valuable meaningful life, a life that you are happy and comfortable living, women and people who want to understand you will come with time. Just be sure to filter out the bad ones. Meanwhile the wait wont be as bad.

Seems to me that you put yourself in a very toxic enviroment. My reccomendation is take a break from society. Go on a longer hike or go camping.
This should help you to get to know yourself, start working out and eat healthy. No more tinder or other easly rewarding sex. Find a women who likes you for who you are (it might be hard but there is atleast ONE!).
