1. Buy BTC or ETH on coinbase (ETH is faster and cheaper to send)
2. Send BTC/ETH to Binance exchange
3. Buy Link
4. Withdraw to hardware wallet. If you don't have a hardware wallet, leave it on Binance and enable 2 factor authentication (Google Authenticator app if you have android, no fucking clue what to use for apple, i.e. figure it out yourself)
5. Hold for 5 years minimum
6. Be rich as fuck

4a. Buy hardware wallet. Just do it, especially if you have more than $1000 of crypto. Ledger Nano S or the Trezor, doesn't matter but most seem to prefer the Ledger.

Don't be cheap, paper wallets a compromised as soon as you type your private key on a computer that is connected to the internet. Hardware wallets never let your computer see your keys, they interface directly with the blockchain.
