Neoliberalism was the death of any idea of shared enterprise. Now a business is literally just a mechanism to maximise executive profit, and if that means hiring pajeets, if it means breaking your workers then hiring new ones, if it means going to every length to avoid giving people job security, then do it. Do it all.
And the best part is that, for reasons I will never be able to adequately explain, the right wing workers who are getting as fucked as everyone else will never call you out on it. It will be down to the left, who will be isolated and ostracised as "occupy wall street faggots" and laughed out of town.
Which means not only can you keep doing it, but that you can keep doing it to an absolutely ludicrous degree, and there will be no cohesive attempts to reign you in because you will successively have the proletariat squabbling over LGBT, trans, racism, abortion, and all the other little social fireworks you can throw down among the plebs to keep them distracted.

As time goes on humanity gets stronger and smarter, when it comes to job markets jobs begin to get more advanced. For our kids they will need way more than we do because robots will come in and take the low hanging job. harder jobs just means society is progressing.
