Now a business is literally just a mechanism to maximise executive profit, and if that means hiring pajeets, if it means breaking your workers then hiring new ones, if it means going to every length to avoid giving people job security, then do it. Survival is so easy now that jobs have to be made up for people to have a way of earning money. Hence every government promising "job creation".
I mean, look at a typical household with 2 boomer/gen x parents and a 25 year old NEET. The parents own a house, have investments and savings and still work, and the marginal cost of housing, feeding and clothing the NEET is a tiny proportion of their income, let alone net wealth.
At no other time in history has it been so easy to keep useless people alive. So if you want to work in an actually useful/vital field for which you deserve high pay, either the competition is extremely high or the work has extremely high educational barriers to entry. Most types of work now are superfluous makework jobs serving each other coffee and recruiting each other to recruitment jobs and it's impossible to get the market to value them highly at all.
Also the reason why young men are in a crisis- society has become so efficiently productive of the main needs of survival that most of us literally aren't needed. It makes sense that the market/society doesn't value us enough to allow us to buy property. We're surplus.

Because of government backed student loans schools have popped and/or relaxed entry standards to the point where anyone can go. This has meant that schools are profit driven in the wrong direction and have dumb downed the courses. Also to attract more people they have started offering retard courses in anything and everything like management degrees. So college has been watered down to the point where it doesn't say anything.
Secondly, the reason why the job market is so shitty is due to women in the workforce, and of course women want cushy office jobs or the easiest labor job where they are unionized. Then there is illegal and legal (H1B1) immigration. Finally free trade which has destroyed manufacturing and many other industries.

1. They benefit the consumers because they're cheaper and increase purchasing power
2. They benefit investors that can invest where it's more profitable
3. They benefit the economy as a whole because they allow for a better allocation of resources
The only ones that get fucked are the wagecucks, but only because they want to make 10 times more than the market price of their labour. You can't have both, either you have an advanced economy where money is the financial sector or you have a primitive economy like China where money is in the industrial sector, learn your Heckscher-Ohlin.
