You missed the part about Skywire being on testnet also. You can impose censorship restrictions on your nodes if you desire. Exit nodes will be run by LLC in colocations, not liable for shit. And the thing about the excel sheet was made up by Skycoin supporters to make your fud sound stupider than it already is.
