Their Diablo mobile game may have been an abysmal product to gamers- though it might actually be a success for shareholders. They're such an easy way to make money from micro-transactions.

Probably not, the main reason for the dump is that microtransaction revenues are down across the board. And even though they are trying to target the eastern mobile market the market is VERY crowded and there's no guarantee that they'll be able to get a foothold.

Thinking their stock dropped solely because some nu-males booed at a conference is beyond idiotic. Their MAU has stagnated across multiple titles. Revenue from most studios they own is down or stagnated. The market itself is seeing some red as a whole. This is people bailing on a company they reported no major new profits or projected profits. As long as shit like pic related keeps appearing in the bnet client, I don't think any of their old fans will take them seriously. They are 100% relying on performing well in the mobile market at this point (which could totally happen, although competition is much higher). Everything that they announce for PC is most likely going to fail horribly, unless they actually put in the effort and do it right. The WoW Classic demo was the exact opposite of "doing it right", so I wouldn't get my hopes up.

Warcraft3 has already had a rebirth due to the new patch and old pros like Grubby playing and streaming again. More people playing means more people buying Reforged.
