Why is nobody talking about Enigma? It's a very complete decentralized protocol which enables scalable end-to-end decentralized applications, and they allow to introduce external data into blockchain, basically that's what an oracle does. In fact, the Enigma team said that with their protocol, middleware like Chainlink won't be necessary.
Also, the price is similar than Link price: 0,60$. I mean, I'm not fudding link, but I think that Link isn't the center of the universe, and there are other interesting solutions to the oracle problem.
They also have a testnet with really good results. It’s a very interesting project.
Julian Allen
The problem is they’re not blockchain agnostic. To use their oracle you to buy into their entire package. Chainlink is more flexible and so has more use cases since anyone can use it for any blockchain project.

This is a room full of people who use their shit tier blockchain
Enigma dev literally said that wan + link will do what enigma wants to do. Get fucked
William Brooks
link is shit
Mason Diaz
>said that it wont be necessary stop drinking the koolaid like a dumbfuck and come to your own conclusions. why do you think all these blockchain startups are publicly stating they would like to work with chainlink and incorporate them instead of enigma?
Levi Butler
If you hold eng and dont hold any LlNK then you really are a retard. LlNK aquired towncrier, enabling them to do what the whole of eng does...hate to use this term but eng really did get btfo. Eng is still a good bag, but just remember LlNK can do what enigma does and more.
Caleb Cooper
Lol! Look at the ENGfag! Just look at it! Lol! Point and laugh everyone! LMAO!
The technological barrier of entry to understanding Enigma is way too high for Jow Forums.
Case and point: Don’t bother trying to have an unbiased discussion here OP.
Charles Garcia
can link do secret voting? what is links plan for MPC? does link plan on building their own chain?
how did link magically morph into an all in 1 encrypted data powerhouse when they started off as a decentralized consensus API? if towncrier had potential beyond academia why didnt they just hold an ICO?
is link working directly with intel?
just as I thought... typical link NPCs have fun with your band-aid solution sweeties

Your questions show how much of a fucking ret you are...
Have fun trying not to kill yourself in 2019.

Thanks for the answers guys. About Town Crier, the Enigma team said this on their Telegram:
"Intermediaries are generally bad, and as a result, some projects and papers (e.g., Town Crier) suggest using decentralization and SGX to overcome that. But wait - Enigma is already a decentralized network, with nodes running SGX (and in the future - MPC). As we complete our move to WASM, which supports existing libraries (such as interacting securely with web services), fetching data from the outside world would be native to the Enigma, making third-party Oracle solutions obsolete."
Matthew Ramirez
Enigma is the best project in Crypto, hands down. It's also the most necessary, too. They'll be on their own blockchain by 2020, so the ERC token doesn't bother me at all.
Dev team is SUPER responsive, Telegram is also a great source for constant updates.
ENG node info about to drop as well.. 10K ENG for node rumored, but we'll see.
Joshua White
tell that to all of Links enterprise white label partners who wont want to use your blockchain over their own.
Blake Moore
They also said “Enigma and Chainlink approximate our functionality” so...there’s thay
Landon Rogers
Town Crier did an Ico. It was the Chainlink private sale. Link is blockchain agnostic because they want everyone to be able to integrate without problems rather than forcing their own chain. Buy whatever link you can afford before mainnet or you Will Kisagun

> eng is too smart for link holders > so smart that their devs brigade chainlink's telegram > so smart that they call chainlink a bandaid solution but then basically get destroyed by towncrier acquisition > so smart that the creator of solidity shills cl and not eng > so smart that they nervously have to admit that wan + chainlink is a threat despite their previous attempts at shit-talking How the fuck eng holders haven't killed themselves out of embarrassment I will never know.
Cooper Martinez
If you want complete privacy DERO If you want offchain computation and privacy then CHAINLINK
RIP ENG
Kevin Morgan
Dero is so private that even the source code was closed for three months (and the unknown dev released only the pre compiled binaries with mandatory updates).
