And then Buffettsama said to HODL, and they all made it edition
>I'm new to the stock market, what stocks should I buy? Before you buy anything, make a brokerage account and read investopedia articles and/or the books in the OP list. If you don't have a broker, you can't buy stocks, and if you blindly buy things without understanding how the stock market works or doing any research on the individual stocks you're buying, you will lose money and it will be entirely your fault.
If shit is red in premarket, in general, is that a sign to sell, or hold?

buy the dip
Caleb Fisher
Realistically after it goes down more it's time to buy.
It was the same with AMD first quarter Ryzen sales. Legalization came out at the end of the quarter. Not enough time to sell it.
I expect next quarter to be solid all around.

Buy the dip on CGC?
Parker Hughes
they have so much dilution lined up it's unreal..
that guy in the last thread completely ignored all the convertable preferred shares and just went through the convertable debt then acted like it wasn't dilution.
I really don't get why they have to keep ignoring the most toxic things on those books which is convertable preferred shares.
RTX "most beautiful game I've ever seen". Problem is it hits FPS/.
Eli Gutierrez
It is dilution but if the company delivers on their growth promise, there wouldn't be a problem for SP (for example, I have seen AAXN new offering with the SP soaring because of investor enthusiasm).
Today's market reaction about AMRS is totally justified. I am waiting for their meme sweetener before deciding bagholding some more or not
Luke Harris
>the company delivers on their growth promise they never do.. they havent for years.........
theres different types of dilution.. some to handle debt some for further growth.. AMRS is for debt because AMRS has always failed to deliver so the only way they can get financed is through toxic ass methods due to risk. The types of funding that is acheived for high risk companies like AMRS is extremely toxic!
Nolan Cooper
I like risk m8 I am willing to wait
Dominic Jenkins
fuck why did i never think about investing in nio my dad probably has insde information, he's always chatting with those chinese bidness men
Christian Kelly
is it normal that tastyworks volume is basically 0?
Charles Morris
>toxic You keep using this word, but I don't think it means what you think it means.
A 9% interest loan by a french oil company is kinda toxic my dude.
Leo Howard
Yeah, that guy isn't using the word properly, either. He also fucks up the concept of plural vs singular and the difference between "are" and "our" and has line breaks in places that make no sense. I hope you're not investing any money based on what he says.
Cooper Powell
where is the convertable preferred shares?
Where is the convertable preferred shares?
Where is the convertable preferred shares??
WHERE THE FUCK IS THE CONVERTABLE PREFERRED SHARES?!!!?
Do you not know how to read?? I haven't been talking about the debt this whole time you gigantic faggot!! i've clearly stated in last thread convertable preferred shares!!!
Yes their debt is convertable and toxic too but nothing like their convertable preferred shares!
Are you fucking new to the stock market kid? you seem fucking lost as shit.. please KYS
>i looked at the convertibles and the exercise price is higher than the market. thats not how they work.. also you will not that they are worded for reverse split!
Tyler Baker
No it isn't. The interest rate is high because the market doesn't see it as a good credit risk. The riskier it is, the higher the interest rate. That has nothing to do with toxicity. What is it with you guys and words?
Nicholas Roberts
which debt are convertible to preferred shares? point it out? i am a busy man faggot. i have a high paying job unlike you.
Dominic Reed
Look for yourself! i already did my research and I am bearish on AMRS
Do your own research you lazy fuck
Hudson Garcia
what a fucking POS, tell me which fucking preferred shares convert to common shares?
look i make over $100k a yr, i don't have fucking time to read through a entire fucking annual report when i got other shit to do. point out your fucking concern and i'll take a closer look.
Jordan Gomez
>the city of EA in general these past 6 months
With their stock value dropping like a rock in the ocean, plus their lootbox system ensuring soon they can't make profits at all in Europe due to laws being planned by the EU to ban lootboxes for good, is it time to panic? Is it time to bail out while their stocks have any value to them?
Logan Anderson
You may be bearish on AMRS but I'm bullish on ASMR.
Jeremiah Thomas
niggas who take time to read on stocks are literally the type of niggas to eat soup with a fork
Aiden Lewis
>tell me which fucking preferred shares convert to common shares? Convertable preferred shares*
All of them
Samuel Murphy
God damn NatGas this is just ridiculous What is this the next bitcoin?
Logan Smith
hey LCIdiot hows LCI lookin for u today retarded ass mfer
you are FUCKING RETARDED, open their fucking annual report, search for conversion price search for "0.00", you can see all the conversion price is higher than market value, which means more capital is being paid into the capital while wiping out the debt.
as i said last night, put it this way, if they convert and the net proceeds is higher than the market value of the current market, it adds value to shareholders.
yes more shares will be issued, but they sacrificed their debt and paid in capital, this allows AMRS to have more freed up working capital which means they can look at utilizing their additional capital to pursue strategic objectives rather being tied down in paying debt.
ARE YOU FUCKING RETARDED? IF YOU CAN'T FUCKING POINT OUT ONE DEBT THAT IS DILUTES SHAREHOLDER VALUE THEN SHUT THE FUCK UP. IF YOU CAN POINT ONE OUT, I'LL TAKE A LOOK AT IT.
William Morales
Just keep holding those bags retard
Easton Brooks

GET OUT OF THE US STOCK MARKET AND DOLLAR. MOVE TO PUERTO RICO NOW BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE.
Got the vanguard retirement fund setup through and old employer.... Should I keep it at the JP Morgan smart retirement 2040 or switch ? It’s lost me about 600 over the last two months, setting me back to where it was the last day of employment.
Most importantly I don’t want to lose much when the recession hits next two years.
Been looking at vanguard value index funds. Any anons willing to give suggestions?
stick with the target retirement accounts. vanguard index funds have performed very similar, they own all the same shit.
>I don’t want to lose much when the recession hits next two years. it's your retirement account, who gives a shit if it goes down. you don't need that money right now, and you're not going to be able to time the market anyways.

In the not to distant future, this will no longer be the case.
Earnings from ACB, CRON, TLRY, and CGC/WEED all sucked this week. Fairly expected although CGC/WEED's this morning missed even mediocre estimates. All pre-recreational numbers of course. Good news for me as i currently hold none of these and will be looking to open positions in ACB and WEED when they return to long term support levels. The WEED chart is following my projection from a couple weeks ago pretty well. I predicted a lower high at $60(CAN) followed by a drop to long term support at $40. We'll see if it dips that low in coming days.
Quinsam Capital Corp released baller earnings yesterday and are up 5% today. This is currently my largest position by far. Acreage Holdings due to start trading either Thursday or Friday; QCA is guaranteed to get a pop off that.
Also watching Micron Waste Technologies chart closely. They process waste material from cannabis grow operations. Chart may provide a good entry point in a couple days-week or two.
