Any crypto can replace paypal provided they:
1.) have lower fees
2.) just as fast or faster transanction time
3.) just as fast or faster deposit/withdraw fiat
4.) ease of use is the same
5.) adoption
6.) just as secure
probably more i'm missing but the fact that these are extremely simple yet cryptocurrency is older than paypal when it got good adoption means cryptocurrency is still shit and it will not happen any time soon.
