TA works to some extent because a bunch of retards are using TA. If enough of them are following a hype stock and see a head and shoulders for example they are going to dump. It is a self-fulfilling prophecy. I know guys in finance and they have AI that uses TA to protect hedge funds.
A non-TA related strategy if you want to avoid getting completely shit on is selling every stock you see the short % go over 15%. A good amount of insider trading happens and if you see a 5% short jump to 20% someone on the inside is about to puke losses all over normies.
