>I'm new to the stock market, what stocks should I buy? Before you buy anything, make a brokerage account and read investopedia articles and/or the books in the OP list. If you don't have a broker, you can't buy stocks, and if you blindly buy things without understanding how the stock market works or doing any research on the individual stocks you're buying, you will lose money and it will be entirely your fault.
I never saved this pic because I could never stop fapping to it if I did.

It will happen if the US defaults on its foreign commitments and allows geopolitical rivals to start fighting over the vacuums.
Notably Central Europe vs Russia, Saudi Arabia vs Iran, and Japan vs China. All largely over resource access issues but also demographic pressure.
The western hemisphere, southeast asia and Africa are likely to continue growing in perpetuity because there are no major flashpoints that could spark a war that totally ruins the economy. The main structural problems are domestic and demographic which will take a century or more to manifest themselves in a way that could be considered a collapse. The above three scenarios are more pressing - Russia in particular because it has about 10 years to restore defensible borders and internal stability before both its ability to project power declines immensely and there is a change of leadership from Putin to someone else.
Michael Richardson
just imagine being rugby tackled by all six of them at the same time...............
Won't be the US fighting the wars if this happens. Buy US energy companies - ones that specialize in fracking. US oil is now cheaper and more plentiful than Saudi oil
Also liquid natural gas - Europe will start demanding it like crazy and they are starting to build LNG facilities
There are probably ETFs for all this shit but bottom line for investments is that US energy is a total bull market for the foreseeable future (decades)
Adrian Gray
do you want to buy my HCLP bags ?
Jose Bailey
No, I'm not a fan of picking stocks - all my money is in buying pieces of the market rather than individual firms
Jeremiah Peterson
>US oil is now cheaper and more plentiful than Saudi oil Saudis extract oil at 7$ per barrel my dude. US oil is plentiful but it's only profitable because of subsidies.
You think the subsidies in the US keep the global price of oil down and not the over production (fracking)? Careful who you call retarded.
Julian Butler
The overproduction only works because of the subsidies...
Ayden Hall
The Government is not a bank loaning money to frackers, you mong. And no they don't hand them wads of cash either.
Joseph Cook
Wow. So you think subsidies caused the invention of the fracking technique?
Jacob Ortiz
You realize the vast majority of oil producing areas aren't profitable without subsidies.
This is my last post, you are truly retarded.
Hunter Wilson
Tell that to your green buddies.
Bentley Davis
>The Government is not a bank loaning money to frackers It seems that you are wrong.
Robert Russell
>read some guides and expert opinions from famous traders >go by p/e and other meme indicators to pick stocks months ago >almost all the ones that looked good on paper with positive prospects have been failing me hard
I swear they modify those search algorithms to target suckers like me into buying shorts and lemons. Never falling for that shit again.
Samuel Miller
I'm glad that's your last post moron. Its funny that you think a tax subsidy to a business is the Government handing out money. It the sense of entitlement that gets me.
Kayden Bell
>Its funny that you think a tax subsidy to a business is the Government handing out money. It the sense of entitlement that gets me. US government help plan to US oil production >tax cuts (5 billions) >direct subsidies (20 billions) >government-backed Federal Reserve loans Educate yourself, fucking retard
Justin Foster
>government-backed Federal Reserve loans The hell? You think the Fed loans to Oil companies? >25 Billion? The Oil and Gas industry is responsible for 7% of US GDP
Its funny that you think the Government choosing to take less tax revenue mean the company can only exist by the grace of the Government.
I suppose you also believe that farming couldn't exist without the US government subsidies.
>The hell? You think the Fed loans to Oil companies? Yes, and the word is "knowing" not "thinking".
>Its funny that you think the Government choosing to take less tax revenue mean the company can only exist by the grace of the Government I've never said such a thing. However you were the one saying "US extracts oil at a lower cost than SA" which is retarded when you know SA state revenue is mostly oil sales.
Jeremiah Powell
You do know that today is the FED shitpost day right ?
oh again? Ill get my memes ready for when i get off work

She knows that we aren't bf and gf.. i've made it very clear.. is it wrong that i went and quickly told that girl that?

in my experience most of the time bitches say one thing and imply the contrary. >i'm ok with fucking but not being together >what i meant was i want to be your gf, you never understand me.

>people thought Brexit deal was done and set in stone because May said it was done, but no votes approving it by uk or eu government >Like she has been doing a couple times a month for the past 2 years Once again britian btfo, Brexit still on track to be a net loss for both uk and EU (moreso for UK by far) How are British so fucking delusional? EU has all the cards to play, ever since Brexit was triggered without a post Brexit plan being in place It's like watching the world's slowest most retarded Trainwreck occurred in real time
It wasn't disrespectful, she is just jelly (maybe she's the kind that wants what she can't have?) And pissed someone else wants you and that you are into someone else too
Women are territorial as fuck, and sound like you fuck buddy has already "marked" you as hers (just metaphorically I hope) and is pissed that another women is trying to "claim" you
Or she has feelings and was hoping to be more than friends with you
Either way you are not in the wrong here, but you may want to watch your back

Any news on Acreage Holdings? Anyone know when it will be available on Degiro?
They know about it in secret, but no one will talk about it openly, especially not internationally. And it is going to be a net lost to both even if a deal can be reached, it's only going to be a problem of magnitude. And also, how many tiny percentage can they hope to gain back afterward.
Ryder Anderson
That's comparing against USD which is the currency for the raising power of the United States in the 20th century. How it compares to French Franc over the last century?
>And also, how many tiny percentage can they hope to gain back afterward. they can hope for the best all they want, but UK isnt powerful enough to have their cake and eat it too
they will be a EU vassal within 50 years, or sooner Brexit is just going to make that speed up now >dont like how EU laws are overridding UK laws >leave, but maintain EU laws/standards so that they have (less) access to the eurozone >so now they follow EU laws but have no input to influence what EU laws get made
they were fucked as soon as they agreed to Brexit in the first place
similar, but more of a sideways of a slope instead of constantly decreasing
with a couple asymptote when france government gets changed/invaded
>>And also, how many tiny percentage can they hope to gain back afterward. >they can hope for the best all they want, but UK isnt powerful enough to have their cake and eat it too It is not "hope", it is just "some nice dream and story we make up to tell people so they won't be rioting on the street and investors/companies won't abandon UK immediately". It's like, we'll lost a billion in the future, but don't worry, we might be able to gain a few millions back here and there!
>they will be a EU vassal within 50 years, or sooner >Brexit is just going to make that speed up now >>dont like how EU laws are overridding UK laws >>leave, but maintain EU laws/standards so that they have (less) access to the eurozone >>so now they follow EU laws but have no input to influence what EU laws get made >they were fucked as soon as they agreed to Brexit in the first place That's why some in UK are now demanding a no deal brexit so they lost access to EU market while EU law lost its effect in UK.
Christopher Watson
Before the UK hopped in the EU, it was under IMF help because the economy was in shambles. The Franc was more stable in comparison.
Nathaniel Long
>That's why some in UK are now demanding a no deal brexit so they lost access to EU market while EU law lost its effect in UK. Damn that will be extremely rough for the brit economy

It's similar to powell and interest rates
>30 days before election >interest rates should be much higher
It's pretty easy to sabotage brexit if you think EU is what stops the 2nd holocaust. It's pretty easy to sabotage the trade wars and american economy if you think Trump is hitler.
