Sometimes that "dead end job" is damn nice. Consider; yes you'll make more but at what cost? Endless stress, endless bullshit, endless paper work type shit, endless etc for 8 hrs every day for 30 yrs. Meanwhile our "dead end" dude don't gotta do nothing like that. Sometimes money ain't everything. Then depending on the hiring/employer some those dudes get on as Hazardous which means they just gotta put in 20 yrs to be able to retire w/full payout.
