>I'm new to the stock market, what stocks should I buy? Before you buy anything, make a brokerage account and read investopedia articles and/or the books in the OP list. If you don't have a broker, you can't buy stocks, and if you blindly buy things without understanding how the stock market works or doing any research on the individual stocks you're buying, you will lose money and it will be entirely your fault.
Is healthcare outside of pharmaceuticals a good sector? My only related stock right now is JNJ but I thought about diversifying more. I'd appreciate your opinions on this selection, too.
UNH, CVS, WBA, ABT, PHG, BDX, FMS

I. Am. So fucking scared right now. I still have spreads on AMD and GE but from that powerhour rally friday I really just might actually get btfo'd. Literally about to double my account size or cut it in half come this next week.
Does anyone here receive a dividend payment daily? I'm looking to find good companies with good yields and their payout schedules/ dividend growth track records. My goal is to eventually receive a dividend payment everyday. Off the top of my head I'm holding F, T, VZ, SPHD, microsoft, Intel, O, APLE, WM, a vanguard bond etf, sony, nintendo, and some uranium companies/ etf. I just scooped up some nvidia on this dip as well. I'm looking to add some apple/walmart and railroads to my folio as they all have decent yields and growth. Does anyone have a spreadsheet or website they can share?
Carter Bennett

Gotta be well rested for Monday’s pump I reiterate, the movie has to be available for free on jewtube or Vimeo. I can’t find Akira ;_; I did however find a rip of Jim Jarmusch’s Coffee and Cigarettes (2003), it’s hilarious Funny, when I think about you dying I can only type with one hand too
I got some to. Honestly I think they'll recover. All the news so far seems pretty upbeat. It tanked down to 17, now it's in the mid 20's. The upshot is that after shit calms down they'll reinstate the div, which is a nice fat 0.50. But if it goes back to 50 per range that's a nice gain itself.

Can someone tell me why the fuck I can't just sign the documents to get robinhood to let me use my account again? I'm SPAMMING the fucking review button and it doesnt do shit
Looks like Smash is doing a killing. It better be, because of stupid dumbfuck investors not capable of reading an earnings report, I got my ass fucked since Nvidia is imploding because of cryptoshit, thus somehow impacting Nintendo negatively (like, fucking REALLY?)
AMRN - A gold mine in waiting. Profit aplenty. For a bit things looked bleak, the results came back, few docs said it was shit. Our hero sank overnight, lost about 20% the gains it'd made. Investors sold out, I'll admit, I was one. But then; new info saw the light of day; our hero was not shit. I bought back my shares, cheaper than the first time I may add, our hero climbed back to its rightful place. Now? 2 billion in drug sales are predicted for 2019 alone.
Falling bc of Nvidia and pre order numbers make it a great value pick imo
Wyatt Baker
why? how long are you planning on holding?
Nolan Brooks
You should've doubled down this Friday though [let's_assume_spoiler_works]I would've doubled my position Friday, but that would've been too much exposure on one single company[/spoiler]
I plan on pulling profits + Monday's investment after Q4 earnings and letting my initial investment ride
I would have but my transfer hit a hiccup and delayed by 1 business day
Jacob Mitchell
I'm pretty sure LCI is going to mid teens
Aaron Jackson
i think ill buy more then! that thryoid treatment deal is giving me a boner.
Mason Evans
>AMRN Can you explain to me something, was this company really worth $1,300/share in 1993 like Google says? what caused such a huge downfall was it the .com boom or something?
Carson Torres
I can finally come again after Thanksgiving by two weeks I'm done working weekends then
I dunno about what happened in 93, I can only guess. My guess is that it was like all startups; full of investor hype (like til-ray, went from nothing to $200 per, then fell back to like $30ish range), then once the hype fell flat, the stock went with it. This is the first product they've had which has shown any real potential that's backed up by data. I think since this is a small company (50 people) and that this drug has such a large profit potential, that they'll get buyout offers soon.
>AMRN the drug is shit. isolated EPA from fish oil.
studies seem gamed to give this "25%" result.
mineral oil they used as placebo looks like it may have acted as more than a placebo. interfered with statin absorption + caused patients other issues.
if fundamentals are relevant, this shit should not succeed.
Charles Lewis
i doubled down on NVDA call contracts. lets go baby! dont expire worthless plz. who else bought the dip?
are we watching a movie tonight? FUCK YES. I tuned in for Tetsuo, and that changed my whole perspective on art and shit. Let's go. No hardcore is my vote. I need a nice chill story to wrap my dick around.
idk, Jim Cramer says not to buy NVDA since it's in the penalty box for now
Liam Richardson
Freakonomics did a interview with Hackett from Ford Good stuff

Lmao @ your life

I've seen so much raw stupidity on this board that I cannot tell if this is a shitpost or if you're for real user.
Jaxson James
GE is the new SHLD. Will sell whatever they can to extend executive bonuses indefinitely. Jack Welsh ran a fraud rollup. It took a while for it to unravel. You are buying a shit sandwich now. It may have counter trend rallies on the way to $0, though.
Movie Night Movie Night! Tonight's Feature: Coffee and Cigarettes (2003) Lighthearted comedy and artsy weirdness, get in get in Movie starts in five minutes!
Even though I kind of missed the bottom, is nxp semiconductors still a good buy? I'm pretty sure they're profitable, and avoiding the Qualcomm acquisition was kind of like dodging a bullet
Cameron Morgan
If Nvidia fell 33% more it's PEG would be 1, in which I would orgasm and die And even if out fell only another 25% it would achieve a forward P/E of 15, which would also be fantastic
>cramer says stock go up >cramer says stock go down >no matter what I end up listening to cramer one way or another >mfw I'm forced to listen to cramer against my will What's the fastest way to kill myself?
Are there any ETFs or companies available on robinhood that are compliant with Islamic sharia? I've been reading about the sukuk system and it strikes me as much more ethical than western usury. Does anyone know if there is something I can invest in on robinhood more compatible with superior Islamic values than western stocks and bonds?
I don't know about where indexes are going, it's different sentiment almost every week, if I see opportunity I go in, but currently I'd rather go into GOLD since I believe there's a lot of confusion to what's going on and what's coming in future for indexes.
The last drop re-tested February top and now I'm waiting for a signal to go short (perhaps that was it, but short term), or go long if it makes new ATH.
However, all in all, I think it's going down, tech stocks crumbling, oil also and gold seems like a good indicator it's time for him from this 1200$ test (note that 1200$ is around 1000€ and 1000€ gold seems like a very, very strong support).
I'm staying out of indexes currently or only trading safe set ups in them.
