I'd probably start with small simple stuff like tokens and basic games just to learn it. Eventually, I would probably start taking contract work as a blockchain developer.

most tokens are copypasta - just look at your favorite tokens and see the commented out code - it will usually be from one of 3 tutorials

Solidity is based on it anyways. But don't underestimate it because it has been specialized and improved for SC. Try to code a SC in any other language and you will probably just yourself

Learn vyper. It's a lot better and once vitalik finishes itand releases it fully it will have a lot of support. It is the most obvious choice if you don't want to do solidity. Its also way better imo as it's syntax is based off python instead of JavaScript. Fuck JavaScript. Documentationd is lacking but that's to be expected for a work in progress
