The funny thing is the suggestion that Jow Forums has any more money to "load" up on LINK with. We're all all-in, dude. We're just waiting at this point.

This is the 2nd crypto I have ever put my money on. I also have only 1k in link, but have also plans to maybe aim for 5k linkies.

Me and my friend, back in 2010, had hundreds of bitcoins. We were bunch stupid kids back then and mostly used them for drug trading sites like the original Silk Road, and when the prices first time started to go up, we sold all bitcoins for someting like $400, gained few thousands, got drunk, and bought some stupid shit thinking we were smart smart smart.

Literally forgot about bitcoin/crypto for years until the prices soared to historical heights and saw the news on TV which price it had hit.

This is totally sentimental investment for me, I have little to none understanding how this tech works, and wathcing all these new shitcoins pop up with stupid names like NEO, Stellar, Cardano: all of them scream like fucking doomed scam projects to me

Chainlink does not fucking lie by its name: simple, effective general description of what it is. LINK sounds reasonable and has real-life applications (If I can believe all the hype surrounding it)

This just feels the most reasonable choice to put some money on, instead some fucking name like BITCOIN DIAMOND which puts my brain screaming scam alert

sounds completely legit. there's more than enough degrees of separation there for you to share whatever you know then. If people that far from the core team know shit then there's no way of tracing back the source of the info.

Not everyone has 30 grand to put into some obscure project. LINK isn’t a sure thing, no matter how much money some of you throw at it.

I finally went all-in yesterday at 8600 sats. I've been increasing my position size and selling off shitcoins for a while now but the happenings of the last few weeks with 'sure bets' like BAT and ENG have really led me to stop giving a fuck. Literally no other project has as many integral partnerships lined up, with steady work and progress to back up their hype. I've come to believe the maxim that if Chainlink of all projects can't succeed, then crypto as a whole has truly been a failed project. And as such, there's no reason to even be betting on any other horse at this point.

It's funny how my portfolio has gone from 20+ shitcoins in January to just one now, almost a year later. Every other week another project I thought was triple platinum showed its true colors as pump and dump scam... Request, BAT, Ripple, VeChink... Only one project remains untarnished at this point. If Sergey can't make worldwide crypto adoption happen, then nobody ever will.
