Ie. it's bullshit, like a "security hole in ERC20" that turned out to impact two or three tokens that copied from each other.
There was also a "bug" in Omni protocol (tokens on bitcoin) that turned out to be equivalent to dumb exchanges ignoring 'valid' flag in a structure.
The 'bug' will be some combination of the two.
