Lines of codes are means to ends. multisig and nLockTime are being leveraged for the ends of pushing the majority of tx volume to a network that cannot work without highly capitalised central hubs.

Wrong, you're just too blind to see it. There is simply no other explanation for the circumstances in question. Core is a sabotage and hijack on the original Bitcoin goal. It is not peer to peer, and it is not cash, nor is it censorproof nor tamperproof.
