I have a new roommate now and I didn't mention firearms in the rental agreement because I didn't think I had to. My new roommate is gun nut and while he seems like a nice guy and mentally sound he has way too many guns and is way too interested in them to be normal. Now I know this is my property and I reserved the right to evict him for any reason but it hasn't gotten to that point yet and I'm unsure what's the best way to go about this.
Any ideas on how to solve this problem diplomatically? I don't want to share my house with a guy with a fucking arsenal and obviously I can't tell him to get rid of his guns.
