Ask for an itemized pricing of what they have to do. If it’s a lot of work, you’re kinda out of luck. If it’s not, tell them you will ‘demand accountability’ in court if it’s not to your satisfaction unless full monies are returned. Let them know you will not be bullied. And take them to small claims court if need be, just be sure to have all rental contracts available. You have options.

wait for her to send a security deposit statement in the mail. if she doesnt send it in 45 days you will get your security deposit back in full (this is in indiana, anyways). also, look through your rental agreement and see if there's any mention of those numbers. if there's not, tell her you'll see her in court if she doesn't agree to take it off
