Yes.
The goal is to swap all ERC20 token to the mainnet.
Since tons are most likely lost or forgotten, the actual supply in the real mainnet is lower.
All ERC20 token now bought can be transfered and swapped to the mainnetcoin in the next swapping phase.
Not sure when exchanges will offer the mainnet coin and how they will be labeled against confusion.
