Google, or any search engine provider for example.

On metanet, you pay for using Google. You pay fractions of a cent for a search, or even for a day.
Why would you do this? To get information you are looking for instead paid crap and ads.
Users = profit.
Why would Google do this?
Billions of fractions of cents will give them more profit than they have now, also, they need to compete against other search engines to actually delivery the information the user is looking for.

Summary:
Users pay to get good data.
Google earn by delivering good data.
Competitors try to deliver even better data.
Win win

Let's say, for example I'm a competitor and will make my search engine free to use and I just put ads on it or even just add donate button like FSF doing it. Many will use that because it's free and most people don't care about ads or donations, so in the long run my engine will be most popular and make less money than current google search. This means the system won't change, only the fact that this is happening on blockchain. So what's the poin?
