Perhaps. I honestly have no idea how much of the circulating or locked coins they have. What I do know is that Shellpay has been involved since at least 2015 and they were still strongly associated with Skycoin up until 2018.

I obviously cant give you a number when it comes to OTC sales you bootlicker. Their significant involvement is undeniable. Shellpay was supposed to be responsible for the coporate side they were also developing a multi wallet were paid several members of the Skycoin staff and they have a license to use the tech

All i know is that shellpay is a separate fucking coin idiot, it doesn't matter if the wallet is a multiwallet, its a deprecated piece of shit anyway and anyone that uses it deserves to lose their shit. Shellpay also appears to be releasing chink knockoff skyminers called SkyBox that has 5 nodes and looks like a speaker. Anyone can build and sell hardware like this, and does not imply anything about control over coin supply. There is no way they have access to undistributed or locked coins because that would mean the coins are actually circulating. the entire state of crypto is indeed plagued by the existence of whales, but that is sort of the same kind of shit humans have always had to deal with forever so it's irrelevant.

Synth got chinked, there is no doubt about it. Few things happened in a short period of time las summer:
Chinese marketing team stealing coins (and eventual home invasion)
Old investors (Shellpay among others) using Binance competition and new ATH to dump massively after they discovered the marketing team was about to dump stolen coins.
Horrible PR (insider trading joke used against them, it was my wife not my gf not home invasion they kidnapped me, all with the horrible telegram attitude on the top)

It is hard to tell if Shellpay still has coins (I tried checking the explorer with no success), but there is someone with huge bags strategically still dumping on Binance with the sole intention of fucking the price.
Now, for someone to sell, others have to buy. And the re-distribution out of Binance is constant. This, together with whatever they are preparing with McAfee, is enough for me to be bullish about it.
