waiting for a better btc/real estate exchange.

As soon as I can afford a cuckshed I'll buy one.

b/c 2.2 million for a mcmansion is a scam. and housing market is a peak. and everyone millennials is up to their ass in student loans. basically millennials are the generation that got fucked by the kikes.

Attached: 1543425664867.gif (500x437, 106K)

because millennials are smart enough to avoid buying at the top of a bubble

>low wages
>hook up culture (low marriage rate, no dual incomes)
>Sellers are mostly boomers with "I know what I got" syndrome

no tire-kickers, I know what I got.

Way too expensive for the privilege of mexican neighbors.

because we’re too smart to pay x5 what a mcmansion is worth at the top of another housing bubble

Like anyone knows anything about that lmao. Millennials are leasing/buying new cars while they're in or just out of college and drowning themselves in student debt.
They're not smart, just poor.

Because they spend all of their money like retards and don't save a penny.

Zoomers > Millennials

>"What do you mean they can't find a buyer for my Lionel train collection? I consigned it all to Shekelbergs Toys and Collectibles. It was appraised at $1 million, and I won't take a cent less than that. I know what I got. Fucking millennials want something for nothing."

Zoomers will disappoint you heavily, they still have to go through (((college))).

You can buy a cuckshed in the middle of nowhere for 1/3 of a million. Awesome...Just in case you thought we weren't in the mddle of a housing bubble.

>t. Zoomers
You faggots spend all your money on digital skins in video games

they're too lazy and stupid. they don't work hard enough and aren't smart enough to save for a down payment.

Meh, its 1hr from brooklyn.

t. increasingly nervous mortgagefag

24 and just paid the downpayment on a 600k house a few months ago. FeelsGoodMan

Enjoy paying your mortgage until you die, or not having savings for the next 30-40 years. I hope you don't have children.

My mortgage is basically half of what I paid when I lived in an apartment, and it's a new construction just 30 mins away from a major US city. I have pretty good savings from my software dev job. And I plan on having children with my beautiful virgin gf in a few years.

Rents are even worse.

Gonna be hard to pay off the rest of that mortgage when your job gets outsourced/automated in 5 years idiot.

the bank appreciates your hefty donation

They're waiting for the boomers to die so a wave of housing supply floods the market.

It's funny that you think i'm an idiot because I can tell you know nothing about technology if you actually believe that. Probably you're just saying stuff you don't even mean to try to troll me though.

Sure I pay the bank extra in interest but I'm in a far better position than if I was renting.

I'm jealous of your state. New construction 30 minutes outside of Boston goes for at least $800,000. That's $3,700 mortgage for 30 years, with a down payment of $160,000. The rent in the area is around $2,000. It's incredibly expensive to do either but you're heavily punished for buying.

>boomers die
>Chinese buy everything up
This is already happening, why would things change?

because we member 2008

>boomers die
>family of hispanics buy up mansion and pave yard into a drive way so they all have a place to park

>he bought the top
never change Jow Forums

Attached: 1529558894778.png (770x775, 304K)

Oh wait, you're a LARP. A $600,000 house with a full 20% down payment at 4% interest is $3,700 per month. You're saying your apartment was $7,000 per month. You don't know shit and repeat boomer lines.

>And I plan on having children with my beautiful virgin gf in a few years
>virgin gf
>virgin
>virgin gf

HAHAHAHA nobody told him? Every girl is a virgin

Dumb cuck, your dick is covered in Tyrone cum LOL

No, retard, that's not what Communism looks like. Under a communist government, that house would belong to the state.

Do you even know what Communism IS?

I bet you don't.

My interest rate is locked in at 3.5% and after all my costs I end up paying roughly $2800 a month. My apartment was 4.2k a month so half was an exaggeration but it's not a larp.

whyyyyyyyy?

Because we're poor as shit dude fuck off kike

I actually love that you don't believe me because it reminds me of how lucky I am. I met her when she was 18 and I was her first kiss too. I know it's real because she basically got a panic attack the first time it happened, her face was completely red and hot. It was actually the cutest thing I've ever seen.

Ridgewood isn't in the "middle of nowhere", you fucking autist. It;s right in the fucking middle of the most populated part of the state, and it's half an hour from Manhattan, and therefore prime for boomer salaries who don't want to live in the city.

Jesus fuck, do you fucking imbeciles even bother looking at shit like maps before running your mouth?

You think she hasn't been fucking around with other guys in the meantime or plans to in the future? You're so naive, the majority of all marriages end in divorce and the majority of women have cheated on their partner at least once, good luck statistically you pathetic 3d worshiper

Half hour, without traffic. And, who fucking cares about Brooklyn, it's on the other side of NYC.

An hour north of Brooklyn is Westchester, some of the nicest and most expensive real estate outside of Manhattan.

I literally believe she's my soulmate and she's told me the same thing. She's basically the .01% of girls in a lot of ways. So I don't really care about the stats for the majority of roasties. It doesn't matter what happens on average.

>I literally believe she's my soulmate and she's told me the same thing.
Every fucking girl says "you're my soulmate" to every boyfriend she has

You're obviously young, whatever, I'll let you enjoy the fantasy while it lasts

I've been with 5 girls before her and it was not close at all. I sincerely doubt any girl has told you that you're her soulmate lol.

>My apartment was 4.2k a month
Good lord where

Ridgewood is in Bergen county, which is one of the wealthiest counties in New Jersey. Lots of big money there. Fun fact: Bergen county is also home to some of the biggest scumbag jews you'll ever meet.

Attached: oy.jpg (600x600, 38K)

Nobody, and I mean nobody is getting 3.5% right now, larper.

But hey, you tried.

loling at your completely baseless confidence

I didn't say I wanted to live there. I'm just calling out the autist who thinks it's "the middle of nowhere".

Most likely that house is being sold by children or grandparents of some couple that's lived there since the 70's.

>I've been with 5 girls before her
Can you faggots stop ruining all the virgins? Go bang some STD riddled slut like yourself.

You've been with girls before her, what does that mean? Nothing. And why do you doubt it exactly, my ex cried into my shoulder saying she loves me so much and she wants to be with me forever and marry me, a month later I find out she had been cheating for the past year and she immediately branch hopped

Girls are actors okay? Imagine us back on the savanna when we were still evolving up from our early primate ancestors. Girls who can pretend to love whichever guy is providing for them - either food or shelter or emotional satisfaction - will keep the guy longer. If they can play the part, they get the part, and when they stop wanting it it's easy for them to leave because it's just a part

The worst part is, they don't realize it's a part so their fickle whims make them feel no empathy for you when they leave you and in fact they will talk shit about you

Look bro you're really new to this shit clearly

I'm laughing harder at your larping.

>expensive house
>This is what communism looks like.
???

Anyone with half a brain is leaving NJ in droves. I was born and raised here in a nice town and I'm just trying to get a couple of years of work experience in my field so I can get the fuck out of here and go to another state. Everyone i know is miserable, broke and still living with their parents because they can't find a job. And NJ has a huge drug problem. Not to mention the entire state is overrun with spicks and pajeets these days.

I got 3.75% a year ago with 25% down
he's right, where are you getting 3.5%? your daddy own the bank? even paying for points, very hard to get under 4% now, 3.5% is off the charts unless you put 75% down

This. He's counting on the neets here not knowing how this all works, and now he's jerking off posting his girlfriend fantasy.

3.5% would be incredibly hard, for the last year and a half minimum, even for a big downpayment and pristine credit and a top paying job. At 24? Keep larping, kid.

Sounds just like Pennsylvania.

I live in Vancouver, BC.

There is no escape.

Attached: dogoos.jpg (640x924, 63K)

You are blackpilling that poor guy, let him live in sweet fantasy

Because old boomers want to sell their shit house built in the 70s for 400k.... they can suck it! I manage apartments... living at 30% discount plus full salary, 401k medical dental and vision...

>18
That's a little late dude. She's most likely AT LEAST sucked another dick. Ideally you should've snagged your high-school sweetheart at 14-16.
>t. snagged high-school sweetheart at age 14 and still together after 8 years

What's gonna happen once the old richfags are all dead and the only buyers left are the current and future generations of poorfags? It might take another few decades but prices basically have to go down if the alternative is that nobody can afford anything.

Millenial here. I don't see the point in buying a house. I won't get married or have children, I'll probably be single my whole life. So all I need is an apartment.

>he hasn't paid of his mortgage yet
don't want to be you poor souls

I'll wait till 1 BTC equals 10 houses like in OP

Zoomer here. Because they're pathetic losers who waste all their money, not even joking.

>average uk starting salary from decent uni about 25k
>you can live on 5k a year, obviously not luxury but easily doable
>can save a deposit for house in 3 years (by 25)
>can even do it before you graduate uni if you get the max loan
>spend it on iphones, overpriced crap from cafes and so on

Inb4 losers start coping. A £400 computer gives you limitless free games, tv, movies with torrenting. Everything else is free and a car isn't necessary

Attached: 65d.png (434x327, 32K)

The banking system is predicated on high housing prices.

they're all lazy and stupid and rather buy stupid smartphones instead.
in my age, we bought a good car and a house and paid it off with a year of hard work.
today's kids barely do any work and spend all their money on 'tech-stuff' rather than a good car that's the most crucial thing for your work and a house that's the best investment on earth.

in 1 word, the new generation is stupid. we were the smartest and most hardworking generation and left behind a world that made retarded spoiled little brats who think they have it hard.
disgusting people aren't really worthy of life. i hope refugees from 3rd world countries who know what hard work is just come and replace them.

Why do you assume the old richfags have no next of kin? It's common sense that most of them would have kids. When you have money, it makes sense to have children. Funnily enough, poor people have have a lot more kids anyway. Anyway, their wealth will go to their kids. That's where it'll go. A lot of millennials/zoomers are praying for a housing market crash and I hope it happens for their sake but I can't see why it'll happen. The wealth of boomers won't evaporate when they die. It gets handed down.

She's such a darling.

Every time I find an affordable house it's always an "Age Restricted Community" for boomers-only which is literally housing discrimination.

Boomers are getting reverse mortgages and selling their life insurance policies to keep up with rising HOA dues and property tax rates, all the while voting Democrat.

I bet that $500 phone is really the turning point in not being able to afford a $2 million house.

>mcmansionhell.com/
that website is fucking gold holy shit. It really is true money can't buy taste, jesus burgers sort it out.

Le paedo face

Attached: 1526798260515.png (598x624, 157K)

Upvote

assuming they don't piss it away with reverse mortgages, it will be handed down to multiple kids who will just sell it so they don't have to deal with it and so they can split the wealth easily

approximately 7 years until all boomers start retiring, 17 years until they're all retired. looking forward to all the low prices, unless the economy crashes before then :)

Attached: boomerretirement.jpg (1101x739, 243K)

Do you really think that the rich will allow boomers to retire peacefully? They'll get a proper JUSTing ~3 years before retirement, user. Maybe even sooner, but then you give them a chance to recuperate their losses, which they obviously don't want.

could happen, nice good long JUSTing would be good

>Why aren't millennials buying houses?
Urbanization means they don't want to live where real estate is cheap.

At least over here in Europe real estate prices skyrocketed while rental markets remained relatively stable due to rent control laws. That means where I live buying compared to renting amortizes on paper in 30-35 years and that's not even considering building maintenance. As a tenant you don't care if your roof is collapsing, that's the landlords problem. Even consumer interest groups start recommending renting, because it's just a better deal compared to crushing debt for three decades and huge risks.

Mobility means they don't want to tie themselves down for too long.

Job security is way down, meaning you can't rely to go to work in the same office building for the rest of your working life and you can't count on steadily increasing stable wages.

Families, marriages, child rearing are way down, so there's no need for spacious stable housing.

I'm building a landlord business and it fucking sucks. My networth is through the roof, but cash is hard to come by because rents are so low compared to the costs of everything. Profit margins are really hurting, so I can empathize with millenials opting to go for housing as a service compared to buying.

>>low wages
>>student loans
>>house market bubble AGAIN, prices are crazy
>>boomer/X parents that are too selfish to help
>>first generation to truly make less money then their parents.

Because it's messsed up. WWII generation wanted single family houses away from the cities. Now there are few 2 family homes in the suburbs so renting is difficult and oftin expensive Millennials are stuck with their parents in the burbs or living in a cuck box in the city.

>implying corporatism isn't just communism through having a "free market" that's regulated and taxed to the point that only cronies who have it in with the government in some way can make any money and afford property
we currently suffer global communism
capitalism in the US was murdered nearly a century ago with the creation of the federal reserve

Attached: 1542919101016.jpg (1004x1024, 105K)

Because we have no hope for the future

>a house that's the best investment on earth
this is where you got a little heavy handed and caught
9/10 - you could method act baby boomers

Attached: a2c.gif (480x360, 1.61M)

Ching chong ping pong brother

They're priced out. 95% of jobs created past decade are part time, you need full time job for a bank loan. Then you have record number of people under 35 living with parents. Also interest rates rising now 5%, it's not cheap anymore while prices are still sky high

Attached: 1543691638141.jpg (1128x796, 315K)

Here in the Netherlands it's also fucked.
Cucksheds that were 150k-180k max are now going for 250-300k. I aint buying shit, for a decent home I'd either need a job as a lawyer or doctor, or have a partner and then some money from both our moms and dads.

Shit's fucked man

>It's not REAL capitalism
No, that's just regular capitalism.

>teehee just a % deposit and I can loan whatever
with 25k income you can maybe loan 100-150k max

That's 150k - 200k after deposit, easily enough to buy a low-mid tier detached house in many places.

Where in the UK are you?
It's all expensive unless you live in the ass end of nowhere, a poor shithole or up north

Still, semi-detached is possible and it's only a temporary thing
