There were about 200k BTC on the move a few days ago, also very large quantities of BCH, ETH and LTC (all of them are coinbase coins). They were split into wallets which cointain 8k BTC each now, the 66k coins from today were also split into wallets of 8k each, so it's the same person.
You can follow back the transactions from this address for example:

There are 3 more 66k wallets from coinbase so they'll probably also move them in the next days. Why are they doing this? No clue
