The tech part he is probably talking about is their MVCA consensus (there are some very technical medium posts about it) which is genuinely quite revolutionary and comes partly from the research done by Diffie's labs. Of course its early days for the project
But I do agree with you that they've been taking the piss with the liquidity situation, I don't know if NKN is just super unlucky or there's more to it
