Desire for intimacy, delusion and no other options or women to interact with them. They can get these twitch whores to actually do things for them like shake their body or talk to them which they are more than likely too scared to attempt in person.

because i have no friends whatsoever and my only way to have a friendly interaction with another human being and have the remotest resemblence of a friendship is via twitch chat.
