the key is to not eat anything for at least 12h in addition of sleeping hours every day

what I did was waking up at 7-8 not eat until 6pm then get a good mean and a few snack until 10pm then noting until bend
that was it

you gonna be hungry especially the first few so find something to do to to avoid thinking about food days but it just works

only it isnt, eating less than you use obviously makes you lose weight, but its all about how much you use, and the fact that for some people it is trivially easy and others aren't that lucky.

I've lost weight. Between stress, working 60 hours a week between two jobs, and going to uni full time it's hard to even think about eating. I don't see how it's possible for stress to make a person gain weight. Food is what makes you fat, and stress increases growth hormone production and decreases appetite. If anything stress will make you skelly.
