ofc you can just apply good strat, also 18 tabling helps

get a good program that gives you real time statistics on your odds of winning a hand. Also the key to poker is outlasting your opponent(s), fold spam and only bet on +90% chance of winning the hand

Best sites for online poker?

I play on pokerstars and 888poker

>edges in plo are usually 40/60 - 60/40%
>only bet 90% edges

Yup, fool proof plan.

Not even pocket aces has a +90% chance of winning.

They can post flop

Couldn't you train an AI to do this

But if you're playing post flop then you're past the point of fold spamming. Besides, anything can have overwhelming odds.

the games way too complex besides Heads Up which has been solved by a supercomputer

Heads up is the most complex one.
Limit holdem has been solved in all variants. Nl holdem hasnt but its reasonably close to getting there.

I have been a professional poker player for 11 years and although it had its down years as an industry now its very viable again

>HUD stats indicate your pfr is 10%
>everyone folds to all your opens
>slowly bleed out to the blinds/rake

What and where do you play?

>LHE solved
ring (3+ players) is not solved. Optimal strats get ridiculously complex when you introduce the possibility of multiway pots.

Can you?

Been an online pro since 2010. Up ~150k this yea playing 6max NLHE. Averaged about 100k/yr since 2009.

Its possible to win nowadays, but the time commitment to learn how to win at a livable wage from scratch isnt worth it. There are thousands of people like me who have been in the game for a decade+ that you would have to outcompete. This includes not only fundamentals of the game and theory, but stuff like bankroll management, tilt control, and game selection. Most autists who could make it in poker are better off learning coding or something else that has longevity and upward mobility (poker has neither.)

BOTS don't do well with no limit hold em, The BOT can't match or understand the insanity of the player

>tilt control
I'm a little nervous.

i've seen pro parjeets who make BTC easy from online casinos. i've also seen many a man lose everything

Whats your name on Stars?
Fellow midstakesreg here, playing since 2011

i am getting serious 2005 flashbacks, bro
no, you're at least 13 years too late.

KK vs K2o for example is +90%

Is it maybe viable as a side hustle?

Not necessarily as your main income. Or does it take too much time to be profitable?

I've always wanted to play but never got into it. I found this recently, but I just play fast and loose whenever I'm up. Ya that's an affiliate link btw, seems legit to me. Anyone else play?

as i said: you are 13 years too late to start out.
i played midstakes HU SNG's for ~5 years playing literally millions of hands, and there is no fucking way i would ever start again with all that experience, even if i lost my job and had no prospect of finding a different one.

this only worked when stupid fat americans were still playing
