How many of you are learning to program just so you can get paid programming shitcoins?

>implying you need to know how to program to "develop" shitcoins
I mean just look at verge

programming is so boring I have no idea how people can do it for multiple hours a day

(You)

Autism

It’s frustrating. I’m smart enough to learn, but it’s so fucking boring. I’m doomed to be interested in unlucrative shit

Just learn math and go into data science instead. It's like programming but pays twice as much and has almost no "coding" (the boring shit.)

You need to have autism in order to be one of the great programmers these days. There is too much competition.

if you don't find it exhilarating to write code then it's just not for you. some people its really their interest.

I was a frontend JS developer, which is small potatoes next to many of these other programming disciplines, and even that is boring af and requires some autism to get really good at.

Would unironically rather work at the gym for $12 an hour (which luckily I could afford to do since it's just a matter of time before I'm made from crypto).

>tfw have interest but addicted to vidya

if you were making something that was actually interesting to you it wouldnt be boring

Are you compiling your programs using g++/cygwin? Good on you, if so.

>he thinks learning programming will make him money

you and everyone else wants to be a programmer. you are literally making it worthless.

I can't find any project entertaining enough that it makes the slog worth it

>creating magic out of thin air is boring

build vidya

yes

Nice. Look into Makefiles if you haven't already. Taught myself programming too

the result being nice doesn't change the process being lame

This, programming is how you build things on computers (and with computers). If you find computers interesting and you have something cool to build it wont be as boring.

For me it's like solving a big puzzle which is fun
I probably have turbo-autism

>data science
>pays twice as much
>not boring
one of us is retarded
desu I'm not sure who

cause when youre good at it and you don't have to particularly think too hard and you build something of value, its a great rewarding feeling
The best way to learn is think of something you want to build and just going for it, not following shitty tutorials all day long.

1980s games programmer oldfag here. Started looking at Bitcoin Script language last week and it's a peice of piss, incredibly easy just like Forth. However there's a dearth of documentation of anything introduced in recent years much less months so learning that stuff has been slow.

Don't care if I'm paid in shitcoins, just as long as I'm paid

Anyone else remember the guy who used to post about solidity and his dapps ages ago and eventually posted his “portfolio” website in a thread? Do you still post here user or does anyone else remember his website?

People really are different lol. A friend of mine is really excited about programming always showing me shit he has programmed(on his free time, not work) while I'm thinking like...that sounds like a lot of boring work lol.

This, for me the best part about programming is when the program is finished and working, so basically when I don't have to program anymore lol.

i just learn to fork shitcoins on github and compile the windows and linux wallets, i was thinking on pay 0.25btc to walletbuilders but then i was like why not doing it myself.
i am now trying to get 1 BTC founding to list my shitcoin on tradesatoshi and promote it on bitcointalk,
anyone here with experience who wants to partner with me?
i have named my coin
BukkakeCoin BKE
is proof of bukkake
and i am planning to shoot a porn movie, hire a slut and bukkake her on a movie with all the coin investors.

Learning how to program, been about 3 months. Started so I can make a trading bot. Just got a Sharpe score of 2.95, why program shit coins when you can have a bot accumulate them for you.

Nigger compiling in linux or a linux "emulator" and makefiles are like the first things you learn when learning C
You don't actually know how to program

This.

I can't imagine a worst fate than having to do that shit for a living.. Not even for 400K/year and an open air wage cage at Google would I consider doing this.
