50k age 27

Like 2k in stocks, 1k in crypto and $700 cash.

$5k in anime figurines

All numbers are euros

own appartment of 150 000 with outstanding debt of 80 000 (so 70 000 net worth)

Have 10 000 in gold

2000 in stocks

10 000 in cash (euro)

4000 in canadian dollars

10 000 in crypto

So around 100 000 euro total approximately.

I make now gross 2000 euros/week freelance web development remote.

Oh and I'm 28. The gold is physical coins.

I tried several times but never got any degree. So my lack job security makes me nervous. Unless I underestimate the demand for my web dev skills, but I mainly live off 1 employer right now.

Also, i cofounded a small startup that has 1 million evaluation and i own 15% of shares - bubt thats virtual money as i cant easily sell it.

‘Bout $350

>$471k education

Fucking lmao. Hope it’s nothing short of an Ivy League that landed you a 30k/mo. starting paycheck in a supervisor office position at a multinational conglomerate

that's a mortgage you idiot.

It's driving me nuts, but I kept HODLing because I hate getting assfucked on taxes. The new ATH will make it worth it. Plus, I've been home for a year and it has been boring. Going to go back to work and buy some more bitcoinz as it goes back up.

>Not a moron.
>$400K in education
user, you could have been a millionaire had you gone blue collar, bought the bitcoins, and lived on less.

you mean you still owe $500k on a house that you don't yet own. if you stop paying, the house goes away.

Lol in his defense it has a graduate cap icon but yea.

I take that back.

However, you could have been a millionaire had you bought a house in Texas.

my choice is LARP

around $220k, a quarter of which is from crypto profits

but i'm burnt out and make hardly any more income than i need to survive so i definitely won't make it

please see

yes that's how a mortgage works, ask your mother NEET
I'm 29, this is my first property. I'm hoping to get my net worth above 1 million by age 40. pretty realistic goal seeing as how I make 145k a year.

It was over 60k euros in July before the crash.

I spent near 20k and lost 30k after shitcoin crashes.

I'm down to 10k euros now.

Feel free to roast me

I got a 10k euro contract for a crypto project last month so I believe him

Stay bitter.

how do people use this data later? I'm not an expert on scams and crime

DOUBLE LARP

Not bad. I wish I was as smart as you are. I just hate the idea of being trapped by debt like that.

I did pretty well for as stupid as I am. But I worked my ass off so that work wouldn't be a requirement.

What kind of work do you do? Are you paying down the principle on the house? That's what I did and I finally got my house paid off. Bought it when I was 23.

Sure, whatever helps you cope

net worth approx 350,000$

What u holdin fren

>still believing I will make it with cryptos / stocks
do you even trade derivatives

this

You're not really ever trapped by debt. You have 30 years to pay it, you can save up money and be a NEET for 5 years, once you have a mortgage you can do whatever the fuck you want to your credit because who cares, you already have a mortgage. You can go snort cocaine and facefuck korean teenagers all day, just pay your mortgage (mine is pretty much nothing, I earn 8k and mortgage is 2k)

You will make it fren.

I am just glad that I was way uglier than you that way I can be capable of love.

Got me a wife that loves to cook and is easy to please.

Age 30
$120,000

Not growing, too many expenses right now.

Is it possible to have a downturn in your industry?

Be careful with how you think about debt. Until it is paid off, anything can happen. Dave Ramsey does his basic premise because he got fucked over as a young millionaire when the (((banks))) called in his debts that he owed as a real estate tycoon.

You can't truly be free until you are 100% out of debt.

I'm just planning to buy the "dip" with a nasdaq etf

or

short nasdaq from 01/01/19 to 01/01/20

I thought I was a clever guy, I waited 9 months to put money on bitcoin @6400$, put all of them in my ledger so no stop loss..

hehe your in for a big suprise

kek

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

treat her well, make babies, don't fuck up everything.

I'm 26 y/o and I spend my holidays in Pattaya, alone, like a sad frog, My only hobbies are degeneracy and sleeping 12hours a day.

Attached: lila.jpg (1200x1200, 385K)

I sleep 12 hours a day too. Partially why I am going back to work. Boring as hell after a while. I thought that Q would deliver earlier and wanted a front row seat. Now I know nothing ever happens.

30 year fixed rate mortgage means come hell or high water my mortgage payment is the exact same. I can literally default on everything else, and I still pay 2k in rent for the next 30 years. Save up 100k, thats 50 payments (4 years) right there. I can literally get my car repod, my identity stolen, lose my job, default on all my credit cards, and my mortgage is the same. feels good man.

You sound like those "rich" people who live paycheck to paycheck.

But hey, I get a brand new car every year!

Like $1800. My family really screwed my life early on so I have been poor my entire life.

27 y/o

$690~k in mortgage loan
$460~k in real estate equity
$35~k in cash
$0 in cryto

Still at least 2 decade of waggie life ahead of me before I retire into NEETdom and collect rent to fund my hobbies.

Man those houses are expensive.

Keep your nose on the grindstone. Debt freedom coupled with fuck you money is totally worth it.

did you inherit? or just crypto gains?

I would immediately cash out after 100k, and leave only 10k in crypto. Then invest in real physical methods of making money, like a business or stuff to sell.

You are retarded man

pffft. Me work? Not a bad suggestion though.

you are fucked

Work? Hiring other people to work for you isn't work user. And there's a difference between working for yourself and for someone else.

You'd be amazed at how many retards are truthful, and with enough retards, they can get pretty close to a real average

Living frugally and saving money with almost no living expenses since I was 17. Married my wife who had 150k~ in cash. And borrowed another 100k from our parents.

Ok, impressive.
Do you enjoy your life?

Business owners are the most overworked people on earth. Everything is almost always in peril.

NICE

It fun seeing yourself make progress. But the pressure from the debt can be overwhelming. You can't really take breaks, since there will always be the next bill coming in. And managing property is more consuming than people think.

Smart man. I wish that I would have gotten smarter a lot earlier like you did.

I hated debt like nobody else.

I meet people all the time who have bought into consumerism so bad. It takes everything that I have not to smirk at their foolishness. I met a guy who bought a $70K pickup truck and put rims on it. He and his wife work in real estate. It takes everything I have not to pry further info on how much he makes, how much is financed (pretty sure all of it) and how he invests (guaranteed normie tier mutual funds and the like). He claimed that he answers calls 24/7 for that kind of money.

I just can't imagine the pressure most normies live under. It is insane. The idea of working forever and worried about what others might think. Just insanity.

Fpbp

>started with inheritance of 100k
>frivolous spending whittled down to 27k
>it's all in stocks
>can't play stock market because I'm too stupid, I've only ever lost money on it
>too late to hop into crypto. I've put $1500 into KMD and XRP but I doubt they'll ever go anywhere
>Dad is spending his money as fast as he can get it so no more windfall from inheritance
>My grandparents inheritance is locked away from me until I'm 50. Due to my family history of heart problems I may not make it to 50
>My earning potential is $15/hr and unlikely to ever go up except for inflation
>Am 23, never talked to girls, and autistic

Do I even still have a chance to make it?

>It takes everything that I have not to smirk at their foolishness
>how he invests (guaranteed normie tier mutual funds and the like)
you're going to make it lmao

where do you live? 23 is still young. I said the same thing when I was your age, now I'm 26.

Unironically planning to live in Pattaya in a 120$/month flat and living frugally until 2022 to see if crypto can save me

if not I will kms

Arizona.
The thing is $15/hr sucks but it's still just enough to throw into investments and crypto. I don't know what other money growing things I would put money into and I don't know if I could live hyper frugally. I might want to die.

i have 132k in my bank, thats all

Attached: 1524014705513.jpg (640x640, 61K)

my grandma/uncle/father own a house in san francisco that is valued at 1.2m. If they die I would inherit as I have no siblings/cousins, but I'd probably be well into retirement age by that time. As for my moms side they have about 500k in assets, but I couldn't tell you how much is still owed on.

27
$160k boomer funds
$14k crypto

Another born rich shill. Anyone born in the real world got advice on how to make money? Not on a golden plate.

ill trade u my gf for ur boomer funds.

27
83k
far behind my peers because i live alone and refuse to split rent with a roommate and can't find gf to live with

I've made it already, but I miss being out in the world so I am going to go back to work. Wife just found out she is pregnant. All my worries that I had growing up with my mom and dad divourced lead me to strategize about how to handle women. I was so paranoid about having a baby that I ended a 8 year relationship because the woman I was with had some issues with her and her mother's behavior that I couldn't get over. Met current wife and we were perfect for each other. She hardly had any debt. Was loyal to a sinking ship. And loves to cook. Couldn't ask for better. We got married and it has been great.

We got to get you laid my man!

$35k in the bank, about $30k cash sitting in brokerage accounts
$45k in stocks
just sky $20k in crypto still (was $160k at ATH)
$60k equity in my house
$75k in unvested stocks
$60k in retirement accounts
28yo

2k checking
$11k crypto thats now $3k
$1k silver
$1k 401k

So 7k. JUST

you haven't made shit, it's quite obvious from your posting.

Take risks while you're young, theres some good bets out there. I bet 2k on Trump to win the election, that was half my bank account and was supposed to win 9.5k but only got half.lol Threw it into Antshares.

>only got half.
why

8k in bank, 120k in debt. No real estate. Fuck college. Can’t even own a home, have kids, or a life after making that mistake.

>An user says I didn't make it.

Tell me where I went wrong.

You can do it user.

It’s just going to take a while. Won’t be able to have this off my plate for just under 10 years. Just takes time I guess

>born rich

Try again.

>he gave his life away to prof goldberg

The absolute state of some of these people man.

When did you realize that fancy things don't improve things?

Keep the faith. Avoid the consumerist itch. The average millionaire drives a 10 year old car and doesn't spend money on stupid shit. They also can't tell you much about pop culture.

Basically. Engineer just smart enough to pass college but too fucking dumb to realize it was a scam or get into management. FeelsBadMan. Life wouldn’t be interesting if everything was amazing though, would it? Shit happens

>When did you realize that fancy things don't improve things?

When I was living with my parent in a tiny room of someone else's apartment for $800 a month in NYC. We eventually saved up enough to move out of state, to a cheaper area with lower cost of living. Being broke for the majority of your childhood teaches you a lot on how to be cheap with money.

I appreciate it user. I’ll get there! (My car is exactly 10 years old now that I think about it, moon here I come!)
