The iPhone Xs is the most lackluster release ever from this company. Yes, the new iteration of the world's most popular phone is less talked about than an old desktop computer that resembles a trash can.
I'm yet to meet a single person with the Xs. I've asked a bunch of normies and even tech geeks and most of them didn't even know the Xs exists. Not a single one of them could remember its specs or how it differs from the X, and neither can I or any of you guys.
How does the most well known and well-run company in the world fail this hard to generate interest for their best source of revenue?
notchphones are ugly and i personaly never getting one iphone 6s was best iphone for me

Basically, Apple has been treading water since Steve Jobs died. Not a single idea amongst them
Sebastian Scott
Didn't even see the s behind the X so I was confused. But I guess it sort of goes towards your point
Oliver Hall
This, I have a 6sPlus and it's still great. Runs every new app just fine. Battery still lasts all day.

The iPhone 8 will probably the last good iphone. Touch ID and has the lower res display than the x but the same processor thus blacing fast because it doesnt need to push out that much of pixels
Nicholas Fisher
they just squeezed it out till today

But how can a business worth a trillion and sitting on 250 billion fail to produce a creative idea? That's mind-boggling, and also a strong sign that we're moving away from the tech age that has dominated the last 20 years.
Something new is gonna pop up, but who will do it?

The problem is since Jobs is dead, no one at Apple has the balls anymore to tell Johnny Ives that his ideas are shit and need to be redone.
Nicholas Price
Guess you know the wrong people? I know plenty who jumped at the XS and actually love it.
Personally I think even by Apple standards its heavily overpriced and I am happy with my 8 anyway. The "s" iterations have never been gamechangers tho so not sure why people here seem to be suprised

Apple killed the smartphone industry, the app store set technology back for decades. I'm still running an android phone from 2012, running AOSP without gapps and the battery last 3 days. More responsive and usable than the latest iPhone and Android bloatware garbage whose battery only last 1 day.

This. I loved tech. Now I couldn’t give a shit, none of it excites me like it used to and this is what I lived for. Consumer spending seems to be down in general, I think people are getting over buying useless shit. The dopamine hit isn’t there anymore. I would love for a slight degree of minimalism to take over.

It's just demographics shifting.
The majority of spenders (millenials) went from blowing their money from birthday parties and McJobs on trendy smart phones to getting actual careers and blowing their money on expensive exposed brick apartments downtown and $20 cocktails.
Justin Sullivan
Steve Jobs is dead. Now they're just milking the cash-cow as much as they can until it's dead for good.
5s/SE had best design desu
Brandon Brooks
They are catering to boomers, teen girls & self conscious poorfags - mostly niggers. Anyone who has a brain, values their time & money got over the apple meme a long time ago The tech is gone, beeeeen gone. Now it's about tacky fake rose gold cases & apps that turn you into a literal piece of talking shit. iToddlers will refute this, but who cares.
Apple is going to make their own semiconductors. They are going to be the company to break through 6nm.
Kayden Edwards
SE is great.
Nicholas Cook
SE master race here. You can still get them new for 100 bucks. Favorite phone I’ve ever owned, other all time fave was the OG Motorola Droid with keyboard.
Aiden Campbell
Bullox, they couldn't piss if their pants were on fire.
Easton Murphy
Also owning a SE. Is this some type of phone specifally designed for Jow Forums doomers?
