what is it with americans and those butt ugly wood interiors. jesus it looks ugly as sin.

Lul wait till a hurricane and this nigger would cost a few sats.

>105k for a trailer
>Affordable

way fucking overpriced for a trailer in bumfuck Florida.

What's with the 3rd Worlder fixation on bricks?

we dont like our houses to fall apart every time a breeze comes along user. burgers really cant get into aesthetics all their buildings look ugly as shit

>buying boomer boxes in 2018

wait There is more affordable housing

Attached: AffordableHouse.png (1029x661, 841K)

What is with europoors and their obsession over America? Inferiority complex?

>muh greatest nation on earth
>paying 100k for a cardboard trailer with plastic-wood interior
stay prole, ameritards

Please stop posting modular homes. They're probably in age restricted communities anyway.

this one is actually livable

Attached: Capture.jpg (1020x662, 113K)

Your houses are going to collapse during earthquakes. You guys don't have access to wood. Don't use aesthetics as an excuse.

>Modular Home
>Age Restricted Community
Not so much user

>100k
>cock roach infested 3rd world hut

fucking LOL

is this bait?

That looks like it is very reasonable
am I missing something ?

Email the realtor and ask him / her yourself
I dont' have the answers user

there arent any earthquakes here and Im literally surrounded by forests you mutt
this is what peak aesthetics look like, you yanks seem to prefer the strip mall aesthetic though

>that comment

Attached: evans collage.jpg (980x1040, 138K)

Florida has cheap property because everything is on shitty wetland soil (which floods all the time) and there are fucking bugs everywhere.

That actually looks acceptable, the rest of the ones posted in this thread are garbage.

What's the catch? Too many roodypoos around? A large house like that for 80k wtf?

Oh wait, it's a foreclosure with a zestimate of 260k. Buying a foreclosed house is a pain in the ass.

Stop being retarded op.

Florida is filled with 3rd world tier homes like that, it's truly disgusting here. I feel like I'm living in a bad dream.

You're not surrounded by forests. You're surrounded by other buildings, packed like sardines. I bet you can hear the sound of neighbors flushing their toilets too. It only looks good on the outside.

Pick related is what a modern housing in Germany looks like.

Florida is like a post apocalyptic wasteland at best

It literally makes me sick to look at.
Much more comfy in pic related

>He won't buy a $1,500 fixer upper.
>He wants to buy a shitty trailer in Florida
Not going to make it.

Attached: affordable.jpg (1291x849, 188K)

Probably has like $100k in back property taxes though.

I’m in Titusville on business this week. What a shithole this area is.

Subjectively affordable but my type of dream house when I /make it/

Attached: Screenshot+2018-11-25+11.00.38.png (1024x718, 930K)

This is actually very reasonable to look at
I don't know what the median house hold income is in VT but it is only some 51K in Florida
PSJ here, work as an Engineer I refuse to buy a house with these inflated prices.

you should have been in T-Ville when the Miracle City Mall was abandon. This is the location where the new mall is being built.
T-Ville is a toilet for pillheads it is hard to comprehend the idea that astronauts lived and worked there at one time.
Also two 9-11 hi Jackers lived in T-ville for a while

Attached: MiracleCity.jpg (1024x683, 399K)

Is Poland a good country to move to?

Is there a good biotech industry there?

Not only that but the city REQUIRES you to fix everything up (that is, remodel at great expense) and pass several rounds of inspections. By the time you're done, you've spent enough to buy a house in a comfy southeastern city.

Moorage fees are relatively cheap even in places like Vancouver, or just drop anchor.

yeah out in Christams, but where I live they're all over the fucking place. half my town is trailers with old people in them.

>100k for a mobile home
>affordable housing

America is a country where young people are living in vans and dying for lack of healthcare while the old rot away in expensive suburban houses out in the middle of nowhere. $100k is very affordable.

For canadians -> Moncton

Attached: file.png (814x600, 546K)

>moncton
ah, there's the catch

Pretty decent places for cheap too. This would probably cost a million bucks in toronto or vancouver

Attached: file.png (1812x754, 1.4M)

What's wrong with Moncton? East coast is comfy

PSJ? I don’t know the area that we’ll.

It’s such a dump. Everyone that I’ve been working with on this project that works at this facility commutes from Orlando. Can barely find a place to get dinner, and until recently could barely find a hotel that was decent. They all smell and are dirty, a new Marriot just opened a few months ago that I switched to.

I’m from Miami and we have our own problems but my house has doubled since I bought it.

If you can deal with tweakers and oppressive heat this may be for you.

>75k USD
>4,000 square feet (main house)
>2,000 square feet (outbuilding)
>40,000 square feet lot size

Attached: Untitled.png (1826x844, 3.8M)

This country is really going down the shitter if a
20 year old trailer in a suburban town going for 100k is considered affordable.

Also why would they build a mall here? There doesn’t seem to be anyone with money actually living here. As you said it is all tweakers. Even in good areas malls are dead.

middle of nowhere, liens up to your neck, and/or in terrible condition.

Probably the fact that the supposed greatest country to every be on this planet has to live in borderline third world conditions to afford housing.

>tfw I can leave florida for good now and move to the democratic paradise of Mi and start over
Thanks user

Attached: chadflorida.jpg (1024x416, 73K)

Nice Neighborhood. Nicknamed Clanahan by some of the neighbors. Trump flags flying beneath old glory. Good schools.

Attached: happyhome.jpg (1025x721, 285K)

Says the murrifats driving the oversized lardcarriers. Hurr better jump into my big ass silverado and guzzle fuel to the mall for pancake batter. God forbid I use a reasonable sized car. Muh free*buurp*dum

>burned out house in Detroit.

>worth anything

hahahaha

foreclosure estimate 260k retard
340k total bill

Belfast is cheap as fuck.

Attached: belfast.png (1366x768, 1.05M)

>Detroit

These prices really fuck with my head.

A nice 3 bed semi detached in south England would cost $300-$350k.

These things don’t hold up during a hurricane

These homes are all in the middle of nowhere and/or in terrible condition.

>affordable housing
u wot m8. no such thing

Attached: file.png (1017x668, 1.03M)

wood paneling is a top-tier aesthetic, extremely underrated.

>not buying a desolate bumfuck nowhere house innawoods
ive also never seen someone advertise "great house flipping opportunity"
talk about red flag

Attached: file.png (1012x792, 1.26M)

would be like 12 million in the uk.

I fucking hate the "GREAT INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY" comments, disgusting

It's 3 hours away from the nearest real city.

Lol that piece of shit look like it is uninhabitable and about to fall down x3

>whoa why is this 40k

Attached: file.png (1016x779, 1.16M)

oh

Attached: file.png (1015x421, 1.07M)

probably someone got murdered in there or something like that. who gives a shit though. I live in an apartment where a woman that died of old age lived before me. I couldn't care less.

It'll buff out.

Do you ever feel like you are being watched when you wank?

>biz think they need 10 million to make it

Attached: file.png (1006x815, 1.21M)

After inflation, the real value of a starter property today is about 200,000 USD. In metro areas near very desirable, high-paying employers they are more like 400,000 USD.
I'm sorry anons

That'll be the government

Bought a 6 year old, 2200 sq ft house in 2012 for 96k in Texas. About to sell it for 200k.

A house like that woulda cost 25k in the 90s. Wages havent gone up do where the extra 80k come from?

massive sink hole waiting to happen
u've been warned

more and more cuckful mortgages, forced by the increase in population and by ever intensifying hand-rubbing

How about a 540k cuckshed, biz?
what a timeline

This is clearly the result of democrat financial policies. Start letting banks fail and take away buying grants from uncle same the entire housing market will self adjust to a reasonable correction

Attached: DanPena.png (416x261, 45K)

Its because amerifags are poor and wood is cheap

>be me
>buy poor condition home in nice neighborhood at foreclosure auction
>rehab literally entire house
>tfw well appointed 1200sqft 3/2 with big backyard
>refi, cash out $7k
>will be first rental
pic related, butcher block countertops. i've posted a few times in the /small biz general/ or whatever it is (was). i own a property management company and work directly for a pair of investors. AMA.

>Democrats are why people are rich
Not doing yourself any favors boomer.

Attached: home values seattle.png (641x696, 508K)

the fucking thing get firebombed

probably haunted

This proves my earlier post about metro areas having starters around 400k+

Attached: Untitled.jpg (2454x1502, 983K)

why do you think that it is a pain in the ass? you sound bluepilled.
what the fuck are you even talking about? please explain why you think
>340k total bill
and i'll explain to you how it actually works.

Attached: 20181212_165642.jpg (2560x1440, 199K)

>more and more cuckful mortgages
It's pretty hard for young people to get mortgages now.

lmao

Attached: Screen Shot 2018-12-16 at 4.35.02 PM.png (548x212, 79K)

>Democrats
>Rich
pick one
I'm talking hyper inflation here

Top Kek

> Democrats
> Democrat voters

You'll probably be raped and then murdered while your jamming to your favorite tunes hanging drywall.

It's impossible for most young peoplr and even many gen exers. I'm not sure what is propping up prices these days.

>I'm not sure what is propping up prices these days.
Governments world wide support home ownership in numerous ways. Thus the market is constantly supplied with more bag buyers than bag holders. No one wants to know what happens when you remove some of these incentives/systems. Trump recently tried to eliminate one and everyone freaked the fuck out.

probably only makes him harder
