If B agreed in advance that D would retain ownership of the final product than D should own it. You fucking commie.

so if B gets the flue, he got to use the techniques invented by Child D for free, use his factory for free, and get PAID by him for absolutely no exchange of anything whatsoever.

the answer is obviously D, i don't think the maker of this is even anti-semitic, it's just a satire

True, but it's a good point to discuss since it looks like they're here to stay. Of course, it also ignores what happens in AnCap world, where Child B owns her own labour & the property to produce instruments, since Child D lacks the coercive power of the State to enforce monopoly creation. Child B has the flute, and Child A (as a musician who also owns their own labour) purchases it as an investment using their earnings. Now Child A is better able to produce future earnings, and Child B can expand production, meaning both are richer. Child C has free time to learn either music or instrument making from the others, and both Child A & B are more than free to simply help Child C out (therefore increasing their markets). Child D doesn't matter, AnCaps shot him in self defence years ago when he tried to enforce his state-granted monopoly at gun point, depriving the others of the natural ownership of their labour & right to trade it as they saw fit.

Nope. The clue is in "patent", which in the current system is just a bludgeon to prevent the free market from operating correctly. Child D probably didn't even invent it, they copied an open source product & bought some politicians to guarantee patent law would say they owned it.

Child A, although none of them can truly own the flute. In fact no one "owns" anything because it is impossible to do so. Eventually you will die and your perceived ownership of things will disappear with you. The more you try to own the less you will get out of life.

The options are represented by children. Children are not afforded property rights by society, and the reason for including them in the question is to confuse participants. Many answerers will choose a different answer for this than they would if they perceived each option as being an adult.

The people being given this question are plebs, they are not afforded true property rights by our designs, for true property rights would threaten our dominion over them. They are confused, thinking that they actually own even the blood and organs inside their own bodies, and self-satisfied that their claim to such rights are held so far above that of mere children.
