how can i sleep more?

I've been there before, fren. You're actually depressed and you need to initiate change rather than sleep for half the day.

I used to sleep a lot more but now I sleep only when I have to. Crypto has basically given me a new lease on life. Every day is an opportunity to make money.

Honestly, I became addicted to video games and wasted 4 years of my life. After I got bored of vidya my life then changed for the better.

Looking back I'm not sure why I got so fucked up, but I'm glad I don't ever feel like that again.

I don’t regret playing vidya. Coincidentally it kept me away from normieville in high school and thus found an independent way of living.

Vidya was easily better than becoming a alcoholic or whatever. However, I could never spend so much time gaming again though. Was easily pushing 12 - 16 hours a day for a long ass time

That's sick. The most I played was 8 hours in one seating. Recently have been averaging 5 hours a day in strategy games but I'm starting to get bored
