Put in 50k july of 2017. Quickly rise 5-20k for weeks straight late 2017 until a 2 day period jump from 280k to All time high 540k in January during peak fomo. First drop happens and I write it off as just china/fud etc. Then big crash in Feb and balance is down to 280k in a blink of a eye. Don't panic sell ride wave back up to 480k which makes me think crypto is here to stay. Get greedy keep putting off cashing out because the money came so quick. Crypto plummets again and my entire portfolio is shitcoin/alts. Portfolio slowly drops to 180k and I am hardheaded and say I will go down with ship. Crypto keeps dropping to 110k portfolio balance to depressed to sell now figure it cant get much worse. Alts continue to lose value pull up pretty much any coin they lost 80-95% from All time high. Balance reaches 40k and I decide to yolo into this ponzi scheme exchange Hibtc not hitbtc and my balance triples to 120k while paying me $500 dividends a day. OP knows its too good to be true but that glimmer of hope that it could keep rising keeps me around. Exit scam by dev and admins now my portfolio that was worth 120k in September of this year is legit worth $320 bucks. fuck meeeeeee

That is the problem the market was moving up so fast I got caught up in the hype and never bothered to learn how to cash out or think about withdrawing large amounts. I think I would have been able to sell 20k a day or on coinbase because I was fully verified.
