For the life of me, I can't ever imagine being content with working. I don't have a problem contributing to society in other means, but I refuse for it to be at someone else's discretion.
Only a literal animal could be content living like this. The best way I can describe it is like being a horse, when you hitch a wagon to him, the horse doesn't contemplate his existence or even think twice about it, he just does what he's told.
When you ask someone at work what they think of working like this, their face goes blank. It's as if the thought never occurred to them that something is wrong. You try to have a deeper examination of the employee/employer "relationship" with them and they can't comprehend it. You try to propose to them alternative methods to working for their entire life and they practically short circuit right on the spot.
I'm convinced that those who are modern NEETs are descendants of former aristocracy. They see the system for what it is. We truly live in a society where humans are comprised of two groups - the self-aware entrepreneurial types who will not buckle to authority, and the mindless drones. It's truly terrifying to think some of you are even permitted behind the wheel of a car.
>self-aware entrepreneurial types neets are just losers who cant commit to anything youre not entrepreneurs lmao
Kevin Myers
>working until you die No thanks
Levi Cruz
had this conversation with my working friends
you do it cause you have to not cause you like it
the look you describe is the look of despair
Bentley Brooks
Much like the blank faced Post-NPCs at work you mentioned, The Horse does contemplate it & fight it at first. That's why they break horses. Intelligence isn't needed to feel pain.
Make no mistake, the horse wants to run free across far green fields.
You go to college then you get a job that is not flipping burgers or scrubbing toilets
Nathaniel Miller
This is completely right user. But seriously I really hope that not many get to this conclusion otherwise we could not have a stable society. The many mindless drones keep us alive and allow us self awares to rise above them.
Successful entrepreneur. But I still have this same thought. There are no alternatives to this slavery. And as someone mentioned earlier, being successful in business is 90% luck and capital adequacy and 10% effort. So entrepreneurship as a escape route is tough. Privilege / Extroversion / Elitist Education constructs circle-jerks through which business operates (business is mostly bout connections and relationships with some transactions thrown into it)
>I'm convinced that those who are modern NEETs are descendants of former aristocracy. Funny that you mention this. I remember some user saying something oddly similar. The rest of your post is spot on too.
Luke Martinez
>modern NEETs are descendants of former aristocracy.

Blue blooded NEET here, can confirm
Wagies are disgusting and there is a noticeable difference of class and sophistication between the rich and poor subhumans.

>get a CS degree >get a job paying at least 2K€/month >rent + food + basic needs are around 500€ where I live >put aside 30-40K after 2 years of wageslaving >start a business and/or invest
>I'm convinced that those who are modern NEETs are descendants of former aristocracy. This. lmao
Gabriel Myers
There are 2 types of people, extroverts and introverts, that's it. If you're an extrovert you will enjoy working around others and gain energy from them. Being a career person or whatever is actually good for you. If you're an introvert then dealing with people will put more strain on you and 8 hours+ a day will be too much for you and will drain you off energy. In which case you are more preferred to be a self-employed guy, business owner, working a 1 man job (security site), working from home, farmer, etc.
It's really as simple as that, there is no deeper philosophy behind it. I worked many jobs and always hated those that had people in, that made me travel for long hours in public transport, etc. I also had a corporate job where I worked alone and I loved it, even though I was still following someone's instructions and had a wage pay. Now I work from home.
Gabriel Russell
You think I like being a wage slave OP? What’s my other option? Live in my parents basement and be a loser completely dependent on them? Fuck that being a man is being independent. You better believe I’m taking every step I can to escape this Jewish system of wage cuckoldry and working towards a goal to monetize my passion for art and buy up rental properties to become a NEET landlord.
any work from home ideas chaps? have been doing transcription but ive about reached breaking point with it. have considered poker, bitcoin mining, day trading, all seem like terrible ideas since i have no knowledge
Noah Lee
get a job at a big corporation, big yourself there and then transfer to work from home fulltime.
Bentley Foster
*prove yourself there
Jace Johnson
not working is fine, but unless you're a rich neet, you should just kill yourself now, because you're literally just taking up space on this planet for rich people
Noah White
I want to make music solely to make fun of wagie slavies. I choose not to every time though because sleeping in is more fun.
Levi Harris
>force myself awake at 8 >get home by 6 After gym, cooking and decompressing, I get 2 hours a night of time to work on business ideas.
Out of 24 hours , I get 2 hours to do what I consider my only important task.
This is why 9-5 enslaves people. They spend those 2 hours watching the football game.
The only way to make it while wage slaving is literally eschewing all entertainment outside of the minimum requirement of 1 weekly hr of comedy to prevent suicide
Justin Cooper
this
I was trying so hard to pursue entrepreneurial ideas for years and when I came home, my brain was just exhausted. I didn't want to do anything but zone out and put on a movie. Sometimes I could get some work done, but often times I would just fall right asleep. Then Saturday rolls around, it's your only real day to accomplish anything, you've day dreamed of this all week. You get a little bit done. Then Sunday comes and you spend the entire day dreading going back to work or running errands.
I even had periods of unemployment where I lived off my savings. For the first 2-3 months I didn't want to do anything - finally a break from this slavery. When I finally get back into the swing of things, then it was so stressful worrying about running out of money, I couldn't get anything done.
Quitting your job and going full NEET is the only way to possibly transition into entrepreneurship.
Jaxson Williams
>You try to propose to them alternative methods to working for their entire life

What country are you in?
If USA, depending on your state, you can purposely get fired from your job like some nigger immigrants I've met, and collect unemployment. You can get on SNAP but it requires a lot of effort and I believe able bodied adults are only eligible for 3 months of a 3 year period. There is also SSI aka disability but this requires some very good improv skills.
Elijah Miller
working is for beta males, so is being a neet.
alpha males have businesses with pajeets doing everything while they fuck thicc asians and give orders.
you're a beta male.
Jack Collins
wtf do you get 2k as baseline salary and have rent+food(never mind any other expenses) be 500?
that's literally impossible to pull off
>t. balkan with CS masters 850 after taxes and no real expenses of my own thanks to parents but would be paying out of the ass unless i lived in a literal dump and ate shit
Gabriel Young
USA and yeah. Don’t want to be a welfare leech. I just want to make enough money to support a family, buy some land, and build a self-sustaining operation on it. On $40k a year with student loans though it’s seeming like it’ll never happen in this market. I’ve been considering getting into flipping, starting a porn website, getting into crypto, or writing ebooks. I’d like to have a passive income stream to complement an active income stream where I’m my own boss. I have no real marketable skills. I got a stupid meme degree after I changed majors when I had an existential crisis in college.
Carter Barnes
>Don’t want to be a welfare leech Then be a stupid wage slave. The system takes from you, while actively sabotaging your future in the process, yet you are still loyal to it. You are precisely the sort of idiot I am referring to.
Leo Cooper
Based. Intelligent NEET destroys low IQ wagie. The fact that the guy you're replying to said "getting into crypto" means he's a nocoiner, making everything you said true.
Brody Turner
Damn sorry I just don’t feel comfortable being a nigger
Luis Watson
You only feel comfortable taking care of them with your tax dollars?
Ryder Bennett
I’m not knowledgeable enough about crypto to devote a large chunk of my savings to it just yet. Also the btc fall from 19k to 3k made me very apprehensive to do so given my unfamiliarity with the technology
Bentley Cox
>dependent on uncle Schlomo to write you a welfare check like a shitskin Nah, I’ve got side hustles in the works the way I see these years grinding away will make me appreciate NEETdom 10x more when I obtain it.
Leo Evans
There is no magic bullet. Life plans are prone to failure and depressive. This made me sad.
Landon Sanders

Your problem imo was relying on the weekends. Nobody can start a business in 1-2 days per week. Pretend the weekends don’t exist during the week, if you want success you must make it happen within your 2-3 hour daily time hole.
Decompressing is taking a shower, changing, taking a short nap/meditating after work
Takes 1.5 hours for me. Decompressing is whatever it takes to get your brain’s heart rate back to resting, ready to rise to your challenge.
William Parker
But you do. And you refuse to take from the system that is sabotaging you by redistributing your wealth to others, and particularly, redistributing it to foreigners to compete with your very ability to provide for yourself. I'm not going to convince you of anything, you're hopeless. You're probably not even white with such a low IQ.
Jayden Rodriguez
Had an epiphany this year. Two years into a PhD in biochemistry. The academics at my institute (aptly named as most are either mentally ill or psychologically incarcerated into servitude to science) work from 8am until 10-11pm frequently for around $32k (post-doc) and $38k for an entry level lecturer. Technically, for their hours worked, they earn less than minimum wage. I know they love their work (although you wouldn't think it to listen to them, most are depressed) but it's madness.
I left, which caused massive upheaval for my supervisor (ive published scientific journal papers which are the academic equivalent of profits and they wanted more), got a job in tech writing earning a comfy $46k from home with zero experience except a scientific background.
My expenses are super low as I live on a friend's land in a small cottage, with solar panels and gas bottles, log burner for heating. Around $300 per month between me and my gf, $150 each, no joke. Shes still studying.Got all we need for now, put away loads of savings (i.e. crypto investments).
Fuck wage slaving. Never ever do a PhD anons they are DEATH.
Asher Sanders
Jesus what a critical response how do I get fired from my job and still qualify for unemployment?
Brayden Thomas
don't you need to have like a disability to get welfare? you can't just decide not to work and get money, right?
Nathan Clark
When you have a full time job, commute, trash and dishes, maybe pets, laundry, buy groceries, whatever. You crave for time to just sort yourself out and do something you want to do(often just figure out what is it that you want to do) instead of continuously reacting to issues arising in your daily life. Especially true if you are surrounded by leeches or lazies, the burden of mental stress increases. This is more of a curse the more proactive and smart you are. Living alone prevents some of this, but increases depression if you don't like your job and expenses. I cope by yelling at others when I can't stand their (voluntary or not) ignorance anymore.
Juan Richardson
It's also absurd in a way because I am posting on Jow Forums at my job because I have to be in the office even with nothing to do and when I get home in my comfy place I still have to do the aforementioned chores before relaxing, I'd much rather shitpost with my dick out and a blanket over my shoulders. The only reason for this is that a part time contract for my skill level wouldn't pay enough and I am lazy and scared to fix my situation by job hopping.
Chase Green
There are several things to take into consideration before you venture down this path.
1. how much debt do you have 2. what are your monthly expenses 3. can you move in with family 4. what is your monthly salary >unemployment is proportional to your income 5. what state do you live in and what are the laws >some states have more lax rules regarding unemployment, others are brutal 6. do you have a solid game plan to implement during your time unemployed 7. how can you reduce your monthly expenses >being a NEET is not lavish lifestyle, it requires a budget, you eat staple foods, cook cheaply, don't go out - in exchange you receive your time 8. how will this affect your social life >if you have one 9. how long have you been employed at your current job
The way that I've seen niggers get unemployment is very purposeful. Here are the steps, and again, this is dependent on your state:
1. Find good paying job 2. Show up to work on time, be polite, do what is asked of you 3. When presented with a task, fail to perform the functions 4. Refusal to perform a task, and inability to perform a task are two very important distinctions 5. Boss poors copious amounts of time into training you to perform the task 6. You still don't understand, it's too complicated 7. You are fired 8. You apply for unemployment 9. You go to the career center to get someone to sign off on your paperwork (process varies by state), pick out the dumbest looking busiest person you can find 9. You have to apply for X number of jobs per week that you are not qualified for 10. Collect your unemployment and get on food stamps
When you do finally decide to return to work, be mindful that unemployment gaps are unappealing to HR boomers. You may have to lie and claim you were working during this time period, possibly have a friend act as your boss. Businesses receive tax cuts to hire people on the government dole, easy to get a job somewhere like Walmart to pay the bills.
Connor Evans
Exactly correct. I believe Soren Kierkegaard talks about how people aren't even aware that they are suffering. They don't take the time to examine the world around them, that's why people always feel like shit not have no idea why. So they distract from the void inside with consumerism or hedonism, usually both. I still haven't figured out if it's better to be aware or ignorant. Although being aware of the suffering is worse especially when you can't do anything about it feasibly, I don't think I'd give it up for ignorance.
Nicholas Ramirez
such a pretentious way to call yourself a lazy faggot OP
Luis Allen
>I'm convinced that those who are modern NEETs are descendants of former aristocracy.
Based and redpilled. Our time will come again. Buy and hold, 2030 will arrive and we will dominate.
I don't have debt. I don't watch TV, that's what the internet is for. I don't have a gym membership. I don't have a pornhub subscription. I don't have a drug addiction or alcohol addiction. My car is paid off. My internet is through my unlimited data plan on my phone (you can get an Obama phone too). My only expense is my car insurance, my phone, gasoline, and food. If I were a true NEET shutin or lived in a metro area, I could also axe my car expenses.
James Watson
>buy some land, and build a self-sustaining operation on it
You realize that's still work right? What kind of self-sustaining operation are you imagining?
Ethan Moore
Yeah but it’s work I would love doing. I picture a home with solar panels, storage batteries, geothermal heating. Plant and grow crops, have some goats, sheep, chickens. Basically a little homestead to have and take care of. I’m not afraid of work, I just have no motivation to do work that is soul-sucking
William Rodriguez
I don’t think you want this It’s a lot of mindless work taking care of animals etc Just go to the grocery store for meat and veggies Garden if it’s fun but not due to necessity
Michael Taylor
I also have around 30K EUR in savings (not counting money in crypto), what the fuck should I do with it?
Carson Hall
I think the main reason people mindlessly wageslave is because of their family or girlfriend/boyfriend complain at them about money.
Brandon Jones
Bingo. This too. If I was single I would be living in a shipping container on a plot of land in Maine

you are absolutely right OP and its scary just how accurate you are.
it shocks me that people are this controlled and unaware. even talking to people who know how the system sucks them dry are uncomfortable talking about these things.

In these two years, Adolf lived a life of parasitic idleness -- funded, provided for, looked after, and cosseted by a doting mother, with his own room in the comfortable flat in the Humboldtstrasse in Linz, which the family had moved into in June 1905. His mother, his aunt Johanna and his little sister Paula were there to look after all his needs, to wash, clean and cook for him. His mother even bought him a grand piano, on which he had lessons for four months between October 1906 and January 1907. He spent his time during the days drawing, painting, reading, or writing 'poetry'; the evenings were for going to the theatre or opera; and the whole time he daydreamed and fantasized about his future as a great artist. He stayed up late into the night and slept long into the mornings. He had no clear aim in view. The indolent lifestyle, the grandiosity of fantasy, the lack of discipline for systematic work -- all features of the later Hitler -- can be seen in these two years in Linz. It was Iittle wonder that Hitler came to refer to this period as 'the happiest days which seemed to me almost like a beautiful dream'.

I recently started a Youtube channel, so that's going well. I am also a Developer by trade so I have some projects in the works.
I have 5 computers and 3 monitors - 2 laptops, raspberry pi, another tinker board, and an old AMD chip. I multi-task on these different machines.
I would like to spend more time learning music, philosophy, and perhaps electrical engineering but I'm preocuppied with entrepreneurial endeavors for the time being.

The latest round of French riots showed exactly that where people were angry but ultimately got minor concessions rather than radical political transformation.

Pro tips:
Live with parents , pay them 300$/Euros as Bed money and convince them that you will help them in any belongings. Get a bicycle or a scooter to train/bus connection or directly commute to your job (DONT BUY A CAR IF U DONT NEED IT BADLY). Save cash until you have respective amount invest savely a little amount in stocks and a bit in crypto and p2p loans. do this at least 4 years when u 25. If you live from parents food/groceries shopping you will save huge amount of cash per month. Save until you have 100k €/$ show bank that you are liquid buy a flat on bank loan and then you move into it or you rent it to other wagecucks or if you are clever you rent it to a college flat commune (in germany you call it Wohngemeinschaft ) and rip them off every penny with a bit higher rent cost.
In those 4 years you do a part time apprentice to get promoted so you earn more(possible in germany for free dunno about JewSA).
Gonna rip off those collegecucks , and let them pay me and fuck bitches get money ezpz.
BUT DESU ,if you move out of your parenthold flat you will face massive costs coming at ya. Economic societies and groups are always stronger than the unique single person.
OP you claim to be "taking back from the system that sabotages the taxpayers" but you don't feel any remorse that this system that you are embarrassingly mooching off of needs honest and hardworking people or this entire country would collapse. All you are doing is self-justifying the fact that you are a lazy, good for nothing and unappreciative parasite that doesn't care about the contributions to society of your own brethren. Mocking the people who put food in your mouth will not make your life any better you fucking loser. I suggest you reevaluate your life and realize that you are truly a useless, self absorbed nigger and that you are worse than the people you criticize. I can't imagine how nihilistic and defeated you have to be to succumb to settling into complete nigger mentality. If you ever died, I can candidly bet that nobody around you will even notice a change of importance in their life.

You guys are delusional. Most people wage cuck because they need money to live. Being a neet is a parasitical lifestyle that's an accident of modern society. True entrepreneurs are never neet, they have projects and goals. You're just the end result of a long process of social degeneration.
Let those who want to toil, toil. Some people are just too stupid and too lacking ambition to strive for higher ideals. I don't have an issue with this, my only complaint is the system doesn't offer more opportunity for those of us who want to reach higher.
Yes the French riots showed the true power of this system, the rioters were quickly dismantled. They didn't stand a chance.
>zombify your brain No
It's a corrupted system. I'm not going to contribute to a government that willfully imports millions of laborers, both legal and illegal, to undercut my labor's value and thereby reduce my standard of living. And it goes even further beyond labor at this point to full blown ethnic replacement.
You will gladly pay through the nose for Jamal, Shalonda, Achmed, H1B and refugees - but when I do it suddenly it's a problem for you. You realize that by the government redistributing the wealth of whites to non-whites, it is essentially government sanctioned slavery? You can dress it up in whatever bureaucratic drivel you'd like, but at its core, it is slavery. If foreigners are going to get X welfare, then I'm going to get it too. All you people want to do is complain that you are untreated fairly by the government, yet nothing is stopping you from doing the same. Foreigners and brown people are being given unfair advantages over me and I will do my part to level the playing field. Getting on the government dole is my only legal recourse.
