my bitch ass landlord is violating our lease and ending it on the day after christmas. She is upset about the new dog after we refused to pay a higher rate for a ESA dog we got after the first ESA(dont have the money to fight this in court i know). She is now refusing to make any repairs to home (leaks, gas dryer shot, etc)... so is there any way i can cause some damage to this property without landlord finding out until after 1 month of vacancy?

There are a lot of pro bono housing lawyers who can help you. Not sure where you are and what laws are like there but i suggest you secure one immediately. And stay put. If she is actually violating the terms of your lease, she doesnt have a leg to stand on if she wants you out. If she is really refusing to repair the place, stop paying rent (actually). Any sane country/city will generally side with the tenants and a basically competent lawyer can justify withholding of rent for such issues.
