I live in central Florida. Cocoa is a little on the trashy side, but everybody here has guns and people don’t fuck with people without a good reason. That house op posted is probably 15 min or less from a nice beach, and 40 minutes or so from Orlando and tons of medical/tech jobs that pay very well.

Biggest downside was radon and highway noise.
