Christmas Eve is a Christian holiday (holiday = "HOLY day" --> a day to honor Our Lord).
Thus any non-Christian, as well as any self-proclaimed "non-practicing Christian", should work on Christmas (and Christmas Eve, etc).

Depends on the industry, hate it or love it Christmas is HUGE and most everyone is just with family. Maybe they go out of town maybe they have family visiting but pretty much a lot of people aren't going out, they're probably cooking a big meal. So like me I work in a pizza restaurant, not really gonna have much business on Christmas. We were forced to open on Thanksgiving though, big waste of time. Even if I didn't celebrate, fuck working Holidays.
