no

if someone dies you're fucksville.

that's what energy drink companies been doing for decades. Also use sugar. It's much more addictive, shorter term high.

you can't die on caffeine you retard, unless of course you take more than 2000 mg or something like that

the crash is horrible with energy drinks

>caffeine
>dies

or do you mean, if someone dies of something completely unrelated and it somehow gets back to OP? he would just have to come clean

What do you mean by 'fake stimulant drugs?' If it means 'misrepresented as controlled substances,' then you shouldn't do it. If it means 'sold as an energy boosting supplement which makes claims not evaluated by the FDA to... ' then you should do it.

Thinking about just making a fake adderall name like Adderoll and selling it as a concentration booster for tests.

As long as you don't claim (perhaps even imply) that it is a controlled substance, you should be fine. My suggestion: get powdered taurine, tyrosine, american ginseng, perhaps some b vitamins and garlic and mix those with the caffeine in pill form and call it something that implies focus and energy. You avoid the legal issues and you'll have a product that works better than caffeine alone. Good product = more customers.

LD50 is around 20g, if you take all of it at once, it should be ok

how is caffeine a fake stimulant? its literally one of the best stimulants u stupid fuck

It's all fun and games until some retard takes 10-20 of those as a dare from his friends and dies from a violent heart attack.

>mean, if someone dies of something completely unrelated and it somehow gets back
Obviously means pretending it's something other than caffeine to actually be able to sell it, otherwise the buyer would just go buy caffeine themselves, nice comprehension pal.

Your being autistic as fuck mate. It's obvious what he means.

To OP, Good Idea, but don't try to say it is something like Modafinil or Adderall as they will be able to tell straight away that it isn't. You'll have to do your research on what to sell it as.

Wew lad.

Why limit your shit to college kids?

Literally throw crap chemicals into pills and sell them on Amazon. The neutropix bullshit industry has plenty of money in it

What? It's caffeine you pajeet

thanks for the business idea OP

Sell it to people for 25-50 cents a pill

Terrible idea. Way too many problems.

just cut it with fentanyl, they'll be so hooked on that shit they will forget what they are trying to focus on. You'll be rolling in cash.

>"On this particular day within the two hours prior to his death, we know had consumed a large diet Mountain Dew, a cafe latte from McDonalds and also some type of energy drink," Watts said.
>"It was so much caffeine at the time of his death that it caused his arrhythmia."
The energy drink is probably what did it though

>A quick tally of the dose equates to about 4800 mg of caffeine (presumably these were the maximum strength No-Doz). As you can see on the box: “Safe as coffee”.
>That’s not really true.
>Caffeine in the form of this little pill hits you all at once. Drinking the equivalent amount in coffee takes considerably longer.

It's just like drinking alcohol: If you drink beer it takes way longer to get drunk than if you drink whiskey or something straight up. Longer your body has to process something the safer it tends to be.
One problem I can forsee from OP:
They think its a stimulant like adderall, they take it, it doesn't work (because they have a caffine tolerance), then they take more than 1 because it's crunch time and they're studying for 5 exams. Then they forget to sleep, get tired, and exam time is close, so they pop another couple or more because they're fatigued and not thinking clearly. RIP.
Then they'll go looking for whoever sold the pills, and yes, you could be held liable

Nope. Dealing drugs is most profitable when you have returning customer. You might be able to get away with selling a couple naive young kids caffeine pills but I guarantee they will realize it’s trash and never hit you back up.

Youre better off getting an adderall script and selling it.

What are you going to tell them when they ask what's in it? This isn't 1994, they're gonna wanna google that shit

kys

Then one of your customers gets caught and turns you in.

sounds like a good way to get your shit pushed in by some ripped-off agro hyperactive fucknut

amabegadeathofamerifatamine

Selling drugs at campus is not profitable unless you go big and if you do that you can fuck your carreer. IMO the only safe drug to sell is weed.

> customer gets caught
When have you EVER heard of someone getting "caught" with a stim on a college campus?

>tfw I have a huge adderall prescription 90 x 20mg IR a month but most days I take 1/4th of a 200mg caffeine capsule instead and it works almost as well
Caffeine is unironically slept on as far as stimulants go. Go for it OP.

If you go to a different college campus every weekend and do it, sure sell em sugar pills who cares. If you're doing this at the college you attend people will quickly figure out that the pills are bullshit and will potentially seek to get revenge in any number of ways e.g. beating your ass, turning you in anonymously, stealing your shit, keying your car, etc.
